Waited 20 minutes over when the mobile pickup order was to be completed and the food was terrible. I placed the order at 5:30pm to be ready for 5:45pm and left the restaurant at 6:05pm. Never again. I had to throw most of it out. This was three tacos, a chalupa, and a quesadilla — not a massive 30+ item order.
I was very patient up until the point someone who ordered 10 minutes (in store) after I arrived got their food before me. When I complained, I wasn’t even the next order to be made. I wanted to be refunded so I could leave but was told I can’t get a refund and need to go through customer service for it. I will never again use the app and I am nearly certain this is my last Taco Bell experience.

I ordered on lunch on the app before i got here 10 min drive to tacobell just to be inside 23 minutes after my email confirmed order time will be ready i ordered a drink nacho fries 1 taco and a potato bowl. Insane dude still waiting

The drive thru line was long, the person taking the orders was like anything else over and over again like can I or we place your order right and make sure what we want and not be rushed.
When we got home to eat the food, one sandwich was wrong and the tacos there was a piece of hair disgusting

Going inside doesnt get your food any faster. I should have just stayed in ky car since they were ignoring the kiosk orders completely. Over 20 min wait for a quesadilla and some dipping burritos. And my quesadilla was cold. Then we had to wait again for a soda and a confetti drink that my kid was super excited to try just for it to be a bunch of syrup at the bottom of the cup with some cake pearls. It was awful. The girls on were just playing and laughing and gossiping. not a single hair net in sight. Let’s not talk about the bathroom where the sign reads they clean every 30min but the trash is full of tampons and pads and there’s toilet paper on the floor. This place is disgusting and the food is trash. Dont stop here. Dont waste your time or money. The guy who was here before me still doesnt even have his meal cuz they never made it. Smh.

Wish I had something good to say. Every time I order from here, whether it’s through DoorDash or in person, something is always messed up. Every time I’ve ordered through DoorDash recently, my food has been wrong. There’s always something missing, even when I’ve paid extra for it.
I decided to order in person today, thinking I’d finally get what I paid for. Nope. I ordered the Supreme Taco Combo (with tomatoes and sour cream), but what I got looked like it was made by a two year old. Of course, it was missing the sour cream and tomatoes, the whole point of the “Supreme.” It’s honestly getting ridiculous.

I ordered the chicken cantina bowl. I was excited they had an option with a bunch of fresh ingredients. I got this. So disappointed. If they didn’t have the ingredients, they could have told me so I could’ve ordered something else.

A female brunette manager with glasses and tattoos on her arms decided that it was appropriate to shame an employee for tardiness at the table next to where we sat in the dining area eating. The way she spoke to him was extremely inappropriate. Several times she said that she couldn’t force them to disclose a medical problem, but it was very clear that she expected something and backed the employee against the wall until they divulged those medical issues (which I heard). I am really disturbed and am sure there are not only better ways for her to have handled this, but also better places to handle this than the busy dining area at 12:30 in the afternoon. We chose to leave, but I really wish I had said something to her myself or asked for her name. I hope someone sees this and corrects this with her. Everyone deserves respect and if I was the employee I would have quit on the spot.

I ordered a Grilled Cheese Burrito Box. Also inside was a Chalupa, and a Doritos Locos Taco, and some chips and cheese sauce.
Everything was to order, hot, and quick. Staff was very pleasant. Grounds were well kept.

Worst Taco Bell I ever been to, Didn’t get my order right didn’t get any of the food that I ordered. No one was paying attention. They were all playing on their phones joking laughing seems like everybody was just there hanging out instead of working. Couldn’t even tell you where the manager was seemed more like a circus than a fast food restaurant. Will never be going back to this establishment’s location!!!!
