Ordered burritos and noticed when I was handed the bag, the bag had a burning smell and food even tasted burnt, every burrito was made in sections so one bite would only be bean paste and the next would only be sour cream. Haven’t been here yet, but my brother said this is a really good Taco Bell. We both love Taco Bell so I truly believe him. The crunch wrap supreme is probably really good and the nacho sauce is spicy so that’s a plus hope I get to eat this one day.

Didn’t get half of our order but paid for it. Tacos we got had at best 2tbs of meat in them. By the time we figured it out and came back the line was outrageous and the inside was locked. Would love a refund.

I genuinely don’t know what’s happened to this place. It’s my local Taco Bell so I go quite often.
In the past, they had been quick and gotten food out right away. However, on this past visit, I waited 20 minutes for a Cantina Chicken Bowl and a soft taco. I love TB, but that is inexcusable. If I wanted to wait 20 minutes for a bowl, I would have gone to Chipotle.
Food was decent, but not 20 minutes for fast food decent.

Taco bells food is always good. it’s the team that makes the experience . I was only car in drive through. Ordered. Pulled to Window. Was greeted by a friendly employee. Order came he checked it and sent it back. 5 minutes later, I got order, parked to eat. They forgot my nachos. In I went. Waited another 5 minutes to get nachos. Might as well close drive thru and make it walk in.

The staff is rude and very slow don’t come here on your break unless you want to waste your whole break in line then be spoken to with an attitude by rude staff and when I said something about the wait I was told “If I don’t like it don’t come back.” What happened to good customer service, I can remember you use to be fired for talking to customers like that now it seems to be the standard smh.
