Worst fast food place I’ve ever been to, my mom, my brother and I went through the drive through and the lady we were talking to sounded like she was talking to someone else, had an attitude, and never asked us if we were done with our oder and kept saying thank you for ordering you can pull up to the window. Then when we got out food she forgot our drink and put sour cream on the crunch wrap when we asked for none, and the crunch wrap was soggy. Then we ordered 2 things of chicken nuggets, one with honey mustard and one with ranch. We did not get the ranch and instead got bell sauce, and they did not tell us the honey mustard was jalapenio honey mustard and did not enjoy it. Now my brother who had the crunch wrap and one of the chicken nuggets has mild food poisoning and has to miss school. This was my first and last time getting taco bell after this horrible experience.

Lord in heaven just writing this review is making me a little weak in the knees just thinking about some of them cheesy roll ups. But I’ll power through. For you Taco Bell.

I usually try to order ahead but often end up waiting. It’s ok I know they only have one employee that can slither out those drive through windows and I can’t expect him to work every night when I come. The Baja Blast never tastes the same twice but I’ll be damned if that keeps me from ordering it. The Crunchwrap is truly the biggest dice roll in existence as I’m never quite sure if the next bite will be all meat. All sauce. Or just bread. But it is exactly this sort of roulette that keeps Mary Chungus sliding through that drive through day after day.

Its Charlie Brown’s teacher at the drive thru, can’t hear her. Ordered coffe but after handing the bill she only tells me there is none. Luckily i didn’t get charged. The foods was 25% missing, lightly stuffed tacos. Not worth coming here.

I have gone to Taco Bell for many years. I am a vegetarian who is gluten-free celiac. I stopped in there as usual, even though I’ve heard many rumors that people are getting sick when they eat a Taco Bell’s. I kept repeating that I wanted beans and no meat I’ve been a vegetarian instance 1997 when I checked it it looked like beans, so I ate a bite. It was disgusting I then realized it was meat and I was sick all night. They had never done that before. I couldn’t believe it !

Ordered the black bean chalupa and they ended up giving supreme. I drove home which was about 10 mins drive. Found out that they gave me wrong food, still have attitude and no apology.

Disappointing Experience at Taco Bell Norwell: Poor Service and Unprofessional Staff

My recent visit to the Taco Bell location in Norwell left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. Despite being a longtime fan of Taco Bell, this experience was by far the worst I’ve encountered.

Upon ordering a chicken quesadilla, I was dismayed to find that it lacked sufficient stuffing, which significantly impacted the taste and value of the meal. When I brought this issue to the attention of the manager, named MANISH, instead of addressing the problem professionally, she became defensive and argumentative.

MANISH’s unprofessional behavior only exacerbated the situation, leaving me feeling unheard and disrespected as a customer. This kind of conduct reflects poorly on Taco Bell as a brand and undermines the trust and loyalty of its patrons.

As someone who has enjoyed Taco Bell for years, I sincerely hope that the management takes swift and decisive action to address this issue. If Taco Bell wishes to maintain its reputation and continue thriving in the industry, it’s crucial that they hold their employees to a higher standard of professionalism and customer service.

Overall, my experience at the Norwell location was incredibly disappointing, and I urge Taco Bell’s management to take this feedback seriously in order to improve the quality of service at their establishments.

Went here on Sunday and had the best experience! The man taking my order was so thoughtful and so eager to get us our food that he forgot a couple things I asked for, thanks for saving us money and time!

Got my order and half of it was cold, which again saved us so much time waiting for it to cool down enough to eat it! Best of all I got the corner of the lettuce bag in my taco! They just wanted to show me that I got the freshest lettuce <3

I tried calling twice to tell them how much of an awesome job they did but they hung up on me both times, must have been busy with the customers inside because there was nobody in the drive thru.

Horrible experience. Took forever for 3 supreme tacos. Didn’t notice until down the street that it was the wrong order. Went back. Got the correct order and then 1 taco had a hair on it. I just threw everything away. Bunch of young staff. Standing there. Doing nothing.

FYI I’ve been here 25 minutes and the guy said there are like 5 more people in front of me. There’s nobody here besides 10 people there waiting to pick up deliveries. I had to ask to be served because they assumed I was a driver it’s getting frustrating the long waits. Maybe bump the pay give overtime hours and bonuses and maybe you’ll be able to attract more employees and even keep a few longer than a few months.
I won’t be returning here until it’s figured out. I gave a good review because the employees are trying so what.

This place is so ridiculous. Nobody in there speaks or understands English. Every time I have gone in there I have gotten the worst of the worst ever. Never again will I go there? Maybe corporate should be looking at the managers they hire if the manager speaks English or even knows it!!!!!!!!!
