FYI I’ve been here 25 minutes and the guy said there are like 5 more people in front of me. There’s nobody here besides 10 people there waiting to pick up deliveries. I had to ask to be served because they assumed I was a driver it’s getting frustrating the long waits. Maybe bump the pay give overtime hours and bonuses and maybe you’ll be able to attract more employees and even keep a few longer than a few months.

Ordered from here and wow 10/10 the food was amazing. Was fresh and hot and exactly as made and even an extra Nacho Cheese Doritos® Locos Tacos Supreme® that was accidentally made with lettuce when requested without lettuce. Loved the food!! Thanks Taco Bell Norwell!

Now considering it’s Taco Bell I shouldn’t hope for much but this place is awful. People are speeding in and out of the small drive way, Bathrooms are disgusting, store is no different, most of the staff doesn’t speak English and or don’t care to help. My order is sometimes correct so that’s ok. If you really want Taco Bell then sure it works but it’s not worth the headache.

Was here for dinner Sunday night(8/13/23)and there was an hour waitime. There was a young man that was trying to handle everything on his own(nobody else seemed to be helping) and poor kid got yelled at by a dasher and dasher asked to speak to manager. Manager’s name was Maria and she was so useless. Boy at register AND handling orders should be manager. He was doing a great job and still got yelled at. Had to cancel order since wait time was more than an hour! Manager is doing a very poor job and should be replaced with young man.

I’m a grubhub driver and every time I have had to pick up from here it’s a bad experience. The employees are very rude, they ignore you when you walk into the restaurant and wait forever to acknowledge you. It’s always a long wait for the order. They tell my orders not ready yet when it’s sitting on the shelf where they put the completed orders. I know I can deny the grubhub order but sometimes its worth a lot of money and the extra money is nice sometimes. After today though I will no longer be picking up from there. I told the employees three times who I was picking up for and each time they told it was still being worked on.

I thought this was a good restaurant with some great food and I would highly recommend this to someone else but this is also a fast food place so don’t expect fine dining. Otherwise it’s good food and good service.

Highly recommend this location! Consistently great service and food thanks to a very hard working team, Anthony, Abby and the group are polite and get you your order quickly and axcurately. Very clean and a pleasant dining experience. Ample parking. Be attentive leaving parking lot as this is located on very busy main road.

Went there to pick up an order and it took them 24 minutes to get it done, the store was locked and I had to go through the drive thru just to pick up the order, I wasn’t even placing an order. Then when I finally got to the window the cashier told me to drive away from the window and wait in the parking lot by the side door, when I did, I waited another 5 minutes and I just couldn’t wait anymore and left, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
