The food given gave us food poising we all threw up and took the nastiest shuts in the bathroom. And I’m not saying that to be funny or unserious it’s a genuine complaint. Food was nasty and greasy and service was horrible due to there being little to no staff. Waited 30 minutes for disgusting food that made me and my friends sick.

YOU GUYS ARE NOTHING BUT A JOKE!! My friend who is a GrubHub delivery driver, he had two orders at this Taco Bell location, and you guys made him wait 45 minutes in the dark?! That is absurd!! He was trying to his job, by delivering food, but you guys weren’t capable of doing your job, so therefore my friend couldn’t do his job, and it’s all your guys fault! You guys couldn’t communicate with my friend about the order either, and you guys couldn’t answer the phone when my friend called, and you guys couldn’t answer the mic either. They were missing ingredients to make one of the items I ordered and instead of telling me this at the window, or when I went through the drive thru to tell them my name for my order, they just left the item out, didn’t say anything, and closed the window after handing me my food. When I went back, the manager didn’t take responsibility and told me to contact corporate if I wanted a refund. Totally unprofessional and ridiculous.

Unfortunately this Taco Bell is not in good shape due to overwhelming orders from door dash and other ordering systems. And they are so short staff as well every time I try to order. I always do the online APP so I don’t have to deal with what everyone else is dealing with at this location but even that sometimes is a long wait. No one wants to work. Simply as that. And everyone is in denial about it too. Why do you think their hours are wonky? Cause no one wants to do it that’s why… If you want to complain why not you do it?

I came into the store and the lady with the pony tail said to order the food on the kiosk. I did that. I went to my car for a moment. I came back in the pregnant woman asked if I needed help. I told her I ordered from the kiosk. I was replied with side eye and attitude. I’m currently going on a 20 min wait with 3 people in the back.
