Who is the manager at this location? I went in Saturday night and there was ONE person working on the line making food. Until someone finally came in at 8. Do better Taco Bell, these employees are humans not your slaves. They make you money do better and staff your store correctly. Absolutely pathetic behavior. You should be grateful that employee didn’t leave you high and dry. Do better.

They always get part of your order wrong. Fries were cold today and under seasoned. They were out of all 4 kinds of Baja Blast and the vanilla freeze was “broken” but you could see they never installed it in the first place. Got a spicy and a non spicy quesorito and they didn’t label which one was which. They never start working on your online order until you actually get to the restaurant. This Taco Bell sucks.

i paid extra for steak for my taco and literally got 2 pieces and half the quesadilla was filled but otherwise fire and idk what was in the quesadilla but fs lost my appetite

Let me start by saying that I’ve been going to this Taco Bell location for a year now and have had great experiences up until yesterday. I placed an order on the Taco Bell app at 8:33 pm. I got to the drive thru at 8:43 pm and there were five cars between me and the speaker. No one in the parking spots could leave because of the drive thru line. I sat there for 55 minutes and the only reason I moved up at all was because people in front of me gave up and left. I’m not sure if there was only one employee inside or what, but he locked the doors to get inside, never once spoke through the drive thru speaker, and actively avoided eye contact with every person who drive up to, or walked up to, the drive thru window. I eventually decided to cut my losses and left without my food, as did several other people who had ordered ahead. It was the wildest experience I’ve ever had at a drive thru… not sure I’ll be going back to this location again after this and really frustrated that now I’ll have to fight with Taco Bell to get my money and rewards back.

I ordered a build your own lux box and ordered the Chalupa Supreme with no sour cream because I am allergic, yet they gave me sour cream. I did not notice because the bag receipt said no sour cream. I bit in and less than two minutes later I was having allergic reaction. I ended up taking medication and headed to hospital. My husband went back to Taco Bell who proceeded to blow it off and the male night manager laughed and told him here are a few coupons come back and we will replace it. The point isn’t free food. How about concern for the person you could have killed. How about an apology and a follow-up. I would suggest Leominster or Nashua before the Ayer location!!

Do not go here during lunch hours, it will take about 30min and they will never just give you your order. Several times I’ve just sit there wait on my order and it’s just in the kitchen. I walked up and was like “hey that’s my order, can I have my order” I don’t even think they understood me.

Horrible, they messed up my delivery order so I went in the next time. When I went in their AI was detrimental resulting in every order took 15- 20 minutes. It could only manage one order per person, so since I had two orders it was a very unpleasant 40 minutes I’ll never get back.

At 4:55 on a Sunday, 3 people working and they turned away drive thru orders. Dine in is closed but they were only taking mobile orders. What is that about? There was a huge tournament just down the street. Wendy’s across the street had a huge line as well as McDonald’s. They are losing customers for a reason.

Literally the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I don’t think they’ve ever not messed up my order. Ordering a “veggie meal” and every time they put meat in… literally the dumbest thing to do. Not recommended at all

I’ve lived in Ayer for about 5 years and I’ve maybe been here 3 times. Today I went there and they left out part of my order. I went all the way home and came back to get it. I showed the girl at the counter on my app that it was paid for and it wasn’t in my bag. 2 minutes later 2 guys come over and ask me if “I’m sure it wasn’t in there” and they asked if I had the bag with the entire order. I said “no, I went home and came back to get this item and left the food at home” so I then showed them again that it was ordered on my app but wasn’t in the bag. Instead of apologizing, offering something, or even just being nice about it, I get accused of being in the wrong or trying to get something for free when they left out an almost $10 item was missing in my bag after I just drove all the way home and back. The food was OK, the drinks/sodas are clearly watered down, and the customer service is a joke. I work in the same industry and I’d never treat anyone the way they treated me.
