Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Every time I’ve been there service is terrible, the workers don’t even talk to you. Average wait time in the drive thru is 15-20 minutes. This morning I placed a mobile app order, went to the drive thru and no one answered at the speaker, waited 5 minutes then went to the window where there was no one. I parked and tried going inside and the doors were locked. I called the store to find out if they were open. A lady answered and said she would open the door. So I went back through the drive thru as I saw other people going through, ended up waiting at the window for another 10 minutes before being handed my bag of food and didn’t even receive an apology for the wait. Clearly the staff at this Taco Bell needs another rehaul.

Last night, Friday 5/19, at about 10:30 or so we stopped in. One of us had put in a mobile order the rest of were going to order when we got there. Immediately upon getting to the drive through speaker the woman was rude. She yelled out that no food was ready and we would just have to wait. She continued to be rude and the wait for the digital order was ridiculous. Once we got it the rest of us just got McDonald’s instead. We won’t be going back and we will stop door dashing from there as well. I can’t recommend this place but I do recognize that not all employees there are bad. So your results might be different.

The workers here do not listen at all assuming they actually are there to begin with considering they seem to just show up whenever they want and go home whenever they want. The system is allegedly down 90% of the time here. I can’t really be mad at the workers as much as management considering the staff is under trained very obviously but I will not come back to this location

We ordered dinner for two, plus a grilled cheese steak burrito, for pick up. According to the website it claimed you could pick up either inside or the drive thru. We were unable to go pick up inside. We had to use Drive Thru. When we got home (which takes 5 minutes if that) we were supposed to have 2 crunch wraps, 2 soft tacos, 2 chicken quesadillas, chips and dipping cheese. I have to say I wasn’t very happy. I have had crunch wraps before. I have no idea what that was, It seemed like bunch of stuff thrown in, it was not crunchy at all and it was so spicy I couldn’t even eat it. The only thing we were able to eat was the grilled cheese steak burrito. Chicken quesadilla had mystery meat on it. It was supposed to have chicken. I will not be going back to there any time soon.

First and last time I will ever go to the Ware location. I ordered 12 soft tacos supremes. I was given the box and headed home. Once I got home I was walking in the house when the box busted completely open and the tacos ended up all over the floor. The bottom of the box was completely soaked and the tacos were as well. The wrapping were stuck to every one and I had to place the tacos in plastic containers.. I am not sure what caused them to be so wet but I have never seen such a thing.

This particular night I went through the drive-thru and the cashier/manager was really friendly and accommodating. Also, I had the best and freshest tasting chicken chipotle burrito in my life at Taco Bell!

If you like rice and sour cream then this is the place to go. I ordered two burritos and both were 90 percent rice and sour cream (I had ordered light sour cream). There was about 2 bites of meat towards one end of it.
