The last two time I’ve visited this location I was ripped off. The first I came and order a cravings box on the app, the money was taken out of my account, I came through the drive thru and they said they were shut down by the health department. Waited over 10 days to get my $10+ back. Today, months later, I used my rewards for cheese and bean burrito, I got the ding the from my phone and went to the store.. they said they had no order under my name and I showed them my phone showing the transaction. I did not get my item and when I returned to my app the rewards were removed. I don’t know but twice in a row and months in between only getting scammed at the is store. Never coming here

I had to come back and change my rating. I actually had a bad experience at this restaurant today, 11/24. I come here quite frequently.
I placed my order through the drive thru today. I asked the young lady that was handing me my order.If I could get some extra napkins. She said, there was some in the bag.I said there was only two and asked if I could get some more and she said something and walked off from drive thru window. Then she came back to the window, I asked her what she said… She repeated . ” I said ask nicely next time”.. So of course I was surprised because I didn’t think that I asked rudely the first time. I said to her, I did sweetheart, the first time that I asked for some extra napkins. Next thing zi know she threw her hands up in the air and started saying something and walked off from the drive thru window. I’m not sure what was going on this particular day But if you’re unhappy with your job or you’re in a bad mood, then you may want to try something new. I don’t think my conversation with her warranted her trying to tell me how I need to be addressing anyone. I’m pretty sure that everybody in this establishment is not rude or condescending like this young lady. However, it is definitely a poor reflection on taco Bell and its franchises. So hopefully this review makes it the corporate, and they can let the owners of this particular Taco Bell ( on center street in Ludlow , Ma) know they have employees working here be rude and unprofessional this situation could easily went Left. This particular employee seems to think it’s ok to be disrespectful depending on how they feel. Unfortunately, this will cost them customers. So hopefully they will look into this further.
This actually took place through the drive through window.
Just after 3 PM I did not get the young lady’s name. However, she had red hair and piercings in her nose/face, and I’m sure it is a easy process of elimination – She was working to drive thru window.. She should not be working the drive thru window reflecting a poor attitude. This is a poor reflection on Taco Bell and its franchises and hopefully this review will make it to corporate, and they will take a look into it further. -Thank you.

The drive thru employee is very rude. She doesn’t know what customer service is and too busy talking to other employees that she gets rude to customer bothering her. Food looked like a mess. You should not go to ludlow taco bell. With the cost of food going up we should get good customer service atleast be greeted when we go there.

They seem to not follow instructions properly. They get negative stars… the guy repeated my order back to me and still got in wrong.. its really shows how they treat there job.. they don’t pay attention

They can never make your order how you want it. They just can’t get it right
I spent 11 dollars on a meal I didn’t even ask …They never answer there phone. They suck … like literally can’t even get my order right. The worst part is they confirm my order back to me…

I ordered my meal at kiosk, waited 25 minutes asked about my order and was told it didn’t go through yet it came out of my bank account. I was told I could order and pay again or use app to ask about refund—where I don’t have an account. It doesn’t seem right.

I had a frustrating experience with my food. I ordered tacos that were supposed to be supreme, but instead, I received all nine of them plain. When I tried to call the store to get a refund, I discovered that they didn’t have a phone number. I then proceeded to call corporate, but I didn’t receive a phone call or an email reply. The store remained silent. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had to drive 14 minutes back to the store because they don’t have a phone number to address these issues. I’ve left messages with corporate, but they said they’ve reached out to the owner I’m still waiting one month later for my refund.

This, Taco Bell, without a doubt, is one of the best in all the lands. Service was friendly and prompt. My burrito was nothing short of spectacular, as they should all be. It was hot, fresh, and made properly. You don’t mind the price increase when they actually deliver the product like it is intended to be. The gentleman at the drive-through was a real professional, and I appreciate his efforts and attitude.

Very disappointing, one of the best rated around and I had to throw away one of my items after one bite. They didn’t have the frozen drink I asked for and dediced to just give me the soft drink version and wait for me to ask about it. It wasn’t even busy.
