A-MA-ZING!!! I had to find a Taco food truck for our Hospital/Nurse’s Appreciation Week, and upon searching Google for the best Taco trucks in Austin I came across Taco Baby. Thankfully they were available for the date I needed, and Oh Boy did we get a treat!! All the staff expressed how much they LOVED the food – my fave being the Mahi Mahi Tacos, but EVERYTHING was so good!!

Their veggie taco is my favorite one in all of Austin! We ordered from the food truck. The veggies and beans taste marinated and grilled, like meat. It was prepared perfectly and the lettuce fresh and cool. I’m so impressed by this simple, healthy taco! Yum!

Maaaaaaaaaan. I grew up in South Texas. I love food and especially Mexican food. But these tacos are game changers. I don’t even know what I had. I just told the lady working the window to make me her favorite thing and she blew my mind. Egg yolk busted over tender steak… Textures, flavors, everything was perfect. Gotta get back there again soon!

The tacos I ordered (Piggie Smalls and Veggie) had great flavor, but were served lukewarm. The guy taking orders was unfriendly and unhelpful and literally would not take my order for chips & queso. When we picked up our order (after a 30 minute wait), we asked about queso again and were told in would be another 20 minutes. Probably would not give them my business again.
