Excellent customer service and delicious food!! We did a pick-up order over the phone and they misunderstood one of the items. They adjusted the order super fast, covered the price difference and handled it just the way it should be. Customer service is one of those things we don’t see often nowadays. These place has it! We got to sit outside and watch the sunset while we ate, which was beautiful! I had the grilled fish tacos. I think they set a little heavy after a full day of not eating too much due to being out on the beach, because I felt a little nauseous after eating two. They were delicious, though! The salsa that came with the nachos, which was the side dish you got with the fish tacos, tasted like it’s base was ketchup. I was not a fan of that!

I loved Tacky Jack’s. The whole family went and while it’s a little small inside, there is a large deck with outdoor seating right by the water. The service was great and there is a gift shop, extra bathrooms, an ice cream spot, and a really cool area under the restaurant to sit on swinging benches and put your toes in the sand. The fried food was average but the crab legs and other specific dishes were freaking amazing. Cooked perfectly.

If you are looking for a great spot to see the sun set, this is a fantastic place. The bar is 21+ only and has karaoke certain nights. The shrimp poboy was pretty good. The food is what you expect from a tourist place, it’s ok but nothing spectacular.

Service was excellent. Wide variety of seafood. The peanut butter pie was outstanding. Excellent place to stop for a meal when you’re on your way to Fort Morgan. Outstanding view of the bay. There is a ice cream shop next to the restaurant. Competitive price for the area. Highly recommended for seafood.

The setting for the restaurant is super. Watched the sun go down. Service was excellent. A better variety of seafood options would be a nice addition to the menu. Had the grouper dinner. I would not say it was the best grouper I have had but it was decent. Margarita was disappointing. Very weak and tasted like a pre-made mix and nothing like the description. Get a beer instead.
