First time visit to Tacker’s! Found it on a Google search of the area for a good place to stop for milkshakes on a roadtrip passing through this area!

It seemed to be in a safe area, a nice/busy gas station across the street, and had clean restrooms – and that was all before we ordered! We had a Cheesecake Smashup Shake and a Cookie Dough shake and they were both delicious and just the roadtrip snack we were looking for after a big breakfast to hold us over till a big supper! Will definitely stop again if we find ourselves traveling nearby in the future!

Great gather place for the town. Everyone knew everyone and it felt very welcoming and the service and recommendations were great!
I order the 4 oz country fried steak, fried okra and Mac and cheese and also got a banana pudding milk shake! EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS!

Great stop off when popping over the Mississippi River from Memphis. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, menu was extensive and the food was delicious. It had a real old school American diner vibe and we loved it, especially being from the UK. Would highly recommend!

In the area for work, and wanted something good and greasy to throw me into a food coma when I got back to the hotel. This was perfect (and actually not greasy for what it is–crisp, fresh fries and a fantastic burger). I got the Western Burger, Fries, Coke, and a Chocolate Malt. Generous jalapeños were delicious, too. When work takes me back, I’ll be back!

First time here. Burgers are good, fries were seasoned. Milkshake is super creamy. Highly recommend for marion area.
I will say their ranch dressing was not the best. The Waverly sauce though was good. This place was packed at lunch. I ordered online and picked up in drive thru.

The food is delicious! I had the Hamburger Steak (wonderful flavor) and my husband had the Big Pappa. The gravy is on point, greens are exceptionally tasty and the okra was light and crispy. For dessert I got a classic Banana Split and my husband got a chocolate covered strawberry shake. Both were delicious. Everyone was very nice and attentive. I will be coming back next time we are driving through! Go here!

We just grabbed some burgers and shakes to go on a road trip but in the short time I spent inside, I noticed a few things. Families – very family friendly and room to move around. Small town/rural vibe – feels like a small town cafe/diner which is refreshing, being so close to Memphis. AND, I definitely recommend the apple pie shake!

This restaurant is great in so many ways. It is a traditional family owned and operated restaurant. We stopped on the way between Mississippi and Oklahoma we had breakfast. It is amazing that this place in Marion Arkansas is world famous. There are literally hundreds of people’s signatures on maps from all over the world. And many local dignitaries and celebrities have enjoyed meals here. It is worth going in just to see the decorations. The food was great. The portions are giant and delicious. I had an omelette and my wife had The Lion’s Paw which is awesome. If you go to Marion, go here!

The girls taking orders were really friendly, the one that brought the food out was not. My husband got the breakfast burger and said it was good. I got the Philly omelet with toast, and it was ok but on the bland side. The toast tasted like the greasy griddle instead of like toasted toast. The atmosphere was cool, although be careful walking inside because the floors were slippery because of it being concrete, I guess. It must hold grease and condensation, making it a slick surface that your shoes just slide around on. I didn’t try any of the pies or ice cream, but it looked good.

Absolutely wonderful food! We take the extra 5 minutes detour when traveling between Little Rock and Memphis to stop here to eat. Food is amazing. The selection is almost too much. If you are looking for a fantastic meal with an old time diner feel, you’ve found it. You will not be disappointed.
