Great find while staying in town for a night. Had the fried bologna sandwich which was amazing! Also had the chicken patties with gravy, mashed potatoes and carrots. Kind of nondescript on the outside but the inside has a really nice atmosphere. Booths and tables. Excellent photography made to look like windows so you can see outside.

This place is absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is fantastic and laid back and relaxed. Our waitress was so nice and took the time to explain things. We got the sampler appetizer which had beer battered fried pickles. Was super skeptical but you can’t miss these. They were so good.
The burgers are some of the best. And we also decided to get the horseshoe. Talk about decadence! Stop by you won’t regret it. If you are lucky you will also see a beautifully restored old green car with the ma and pa skeletons sitting in the seats!

Such a beautiful facility. The food is absolutely wonderful and perfectly priced! The heavenly bread with cinnamon butter, the horseshoe, the drinks all perfect!! The employees are so friendly and helpful. Will go back again…even if it’s a 30 min drive to get there… it’s well worth it!

We been to this restaurant a few times now with varying results. The food has always been decent, but the steak I had on about the third trip, while tasty, was much thinner than I would have expected at a steak house. This last trip was on New Years Eve. We went early and had a Prime Rib special that even included desert. The prime rib was very good, maybe a little on the cool side when served, but the cut and taste was excellent. The young server we had worked hard to assure we had everything we needed. It appears all of the little problems they had after opening and during COVID have been resolved. I do recommend this restaurant.

Absolutely amazing food! Appetizer combo alone could fill you up! The steak was cooked perfectly and the potatoes are huge! The fish sandwich is the size of the plate! Great service and also great owner! We appreciate you paying our bill even though he didn’t have to! Great 1st visit and was even better considering it was our daughter’s 14th birthday!
