So far Been my 3rd day dining in this Hilton restaurant where we been staying the past 5 months the chef Mr. Hernan Ruiz very excellent and friendly with an amazing cooking skills using fresh ingredients, good selection of combinations and food not greasy or salty, perfectly cooked, soup made of fresh tomatoes and vegetables and all other menu selections very outstanding and tasty with different main dishes to chose from every day, so far have been the best place ever, in behalf of my wife(Baptist patience and Hilton hotel members) and my self we like to express our gratitude and thanks for your amazing service including servers Mrs. Marian Rodríguez, Mr. Omar Ribas and the others male server who I didn’t get their names, good job, keep up the good work, this is the kind of service and food we been looking for during this health issues difficult times that we been thru ..THANK YOU !!!

For a restaurant billing themselves as farm to table with local fresh veggies, I’m not seeing it. This is my hummus crudites with “homestead veggies”. 5 pieces of celery, 4 carrots, and some burnt cracker. Hummus was good, ended up just eating my own rye chips with it. Really sad honestly.

Overall a mediocre experience. It was convenient to the Hilton, but otherwise I wouldn’t choose this restaurant. I had to ask the bartender to get a table. Crispy Brussels Sprouts were more like a salty bowl of burnt leaves. The shrimp tacos were okay, but lukewarm and too messy for the narrow slab of stone they were served on. Service was a bit slow even though the restaurant was almost empty on a Sunday night. Food is a bit overpriced for the quality, even given that it’s in a hotel. Won’t be dining here again.

Honestly I don’t know why there’s negative reviews! Tastiest Steak with the most amazing Chimichurri sauce. Calamari were good, the sauce was perfection. The margaritas were tasty! Highly recommend. And to end it with an even more good note, the server GUSTAVO was polite, and hilarious! He treated us like royalty. Honestly would come again.

I always like to keep an open mind about reviews I see on here and Im sad to say that this place truly earns the 3 stars or lower that it deserves. I didn’t even get a chance to try their cuisine because I didnt even get a chance to sit down or even get a chance to get anybody to acknowledge my presence. I stood at the “wait to be seated” stand and two people were in the restaurant eating…both of them looked at me then went back to their plates of food. I put on the “who do I talk to” face to no avail. A lady came out from the kitchen but was determined to get to her destination so strongly, that she didnt even look up to acknowledge me. After a few minutes of standing there extremely conspicuous, a lady walked past from what i believe was the cleaning department and I was fortunate enough to make eye contact with her to which she felt obligated to answer my question of “Who works here!?”. She kinda put her hands up like “its not me, its not me” and then pointed to the blonde ladies sitting at a table and said “Its her…talk to her “. I looked over at her like “Hi, can i give you my money in exchange for some food?” to which she just went back to the plate in front of her. So, I had to eventually turn on my heel and leave.

Delicious experience in the last day of 2019. The menu magnificent: Lobster & Filet Mignon, champagne and a terrific customer attention of a servers, a smile girl, Giovanna and a very kind Miguel. My family and I appreciated so much that moment. Happy 2020 enjoying at the Table 55!

Stayed in the Hilton went down for a late dinner around 10pm they were closed. Went the next day around 5 pm they might as well have been closed. There was a lady at the bar said she had been waiting for 30 min just to place an order. I did not stay. So I really don’t know how the food tastes but the service was a no show for me.

Horrible service. The server had attitude. We all received the food and one of our friends was missing his plate and instead of trying to help she was rude and very unpolite. At the end they brought us one check without asking us and when we ask for the check to be split it she said we cannot do it. Seriously? We call the manager and when the manager came out the server cameout too and basically call us liars in front of the manager. Worse experience ever.

We live across the street from Table 55 and tried them 2 days after they opened. We went back a second time and loved it again!!! Great local produce, excellent food and fantastic service. UNFORTUNATELY, we went back July 20th and again, August 23rd (because it was convenient), and the place is clearly under new AND INFERIOR management. The “local produce” market-to-table approach was gone, the menu was modified with fancy words with NO substance behind them. We are VERY sad that something that started out to be SOOOO spectacular took a major nose dive to someplace we WON’T be going again – it WAS our go-to place for great food but NOT ANY MORE. Very sad . . .
