Great dining experience in Grand County. Usually a good dish selector with some unusual game meats. Good service and a neat location in the little town of Tabernash. Worth visiting if you are anywhere in the county.

The Tavern is must try restaurant in the valley! For drinks, I had a Chai Martini that was smooth and sweet. For appetizers we had the lobster rolls. The lobster is sourced from Maine and it was very tasty and the perfect amuse bounce. The main course was their 16oz Ribeye that had plenty of marbling for a delicious flavor. Staff was excellent and attentive!

This is an awesome restaurant for a small town. There are a variety of food and it was delicious. If you’re interested to try here then you need to book reservations. We booked this on Saturday afternoon for Sunday, but we were only able to get in at 8:15pm.

After going on a week long trip around Colorado and eating at some great restaurants, this one was definitely my favorite! Definitely pricey but well worth it. The staff was very friendly and checked on us several times. They have a huge wine and alcohol selection. The variety of food selections is amazing. I wish we had room for dessert but were way too full to try it.

Outstanding meal! Fine dining in a casual atmosphere. Easily the best meal we had during our stay in Granby. The filet with blue cheese is the best I’ve had and I am picky about my steaks. Can’t go wrong with the Peanut Nutter cheesecake either. Reservations recommended. So happy we gave this place a try. Will be back next time in the area for sure.

Loved the atmosphere, food was good but could be better. Got the lamb burger and peppered steak on a roasted beet salad. Burger was really good, but the peppered steak was chewy, cold, and not seasoned (not very peppered at all).
