I ordered two times in the past months through DoorDash.
The food is very salty and because of that the flavors are poor.
This time I got hummus, which had a lack of flavorful Olive Oil, and very salty. A tiny portion of Baba Ghanoush which had large chunks of very burnt eggplant skin which I did my best to dig out. A very generic and tasteless pita bread.
I will not buy food from this truck again!!!

Food was amazing! Their wraps are generously stuffed! We had Falafel and Beirut wraps. Both turned out delicious! The owners are a friendly couple that made us feel welcomed. Highly recommended when in Hilo.

It is a great Lebanese restaurant. We ordered the Kebab Maza, and it was truly delicious. The fresh hummus and baba ganoush were excellent, well-seasoned, and had a great texture. The meat was juicy and cooked to our liking.

Delicious!!! Ordered the maza plate that has falafel, hummus, baba ganoush and pickled daikon. This plate is large enough for two. The customer service is always friendly. If you’re at the Makuu market on a Sunday check them out.
