100% Plant-based menu featuring Egyptian-style FAVA BEAN FALAFELS and ORGANIC , FRESHLY-BAKED white flour and whole wheat PITAS. GLUTEN-FREE PITAS available as well, made from Caputo-brand flour imported from Italy. All pitas are stuffed with falafels, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and cilantro. Also included in each sandwich are the following house-made items: pickled jalapeño, serrano, habanero and seasonal hot peppers, lemon inflected garlic-sumac hummus, roasted red pepper mild harissa chili sauce, and creamy black and white sesame tahinis.
