Came in today ready for that buffalo chicken sandwich. After waiting about 15 minutes, I checked my order and immediately noticed:
no onions
barely any lettuce
barely any tomato
I asked the young lady at the counter what happened. She didn’t acknowledge me — she got nervous and went to the back to grab someone else. The gentleman who came out looked me dead in the face and said:
“That’s the portion that comes with it.”
Then added that if I wanted extra, I should’ve mentioned it when ordering.
Now let me be clear…
How would I know to ask for extra lettuce before you even make the sandwich?
That’s basic customer interaction, not rocket science.
This spot has good food, no doubt about that.
But the customer service is lacking, and there’s zero accountability at the counter. Folks seem scared to address customers or correct simple mistakes.
For comparison:
One time Chick-fil-A put cheese on my sandwich. I told the lady,
“Ma’am, I asked for no cheese.”
She apologized so sincerely that I apologized right back because their service is THAT top-tier.
That’s the difference.
This place?
Good food.
Poor customer service.
Missed opportunity.
What I expected was simple:
“Sorry for the inconvenience, sir. Let me fix that for you — extra lettuce and onions coming right up.”
That’s it.
That’s all customers want.
And here’s the real truth:
You never know who you’re talking to.

Ordered online (2) XL Pepperoni, when I got here at TA Minden Sbarro, my order was no where to be found. They had to make it. Waited… the lady only made one pizza.
