No a bad place to go. I little quiet and dated inside. We sat at the bar, staff were pleasant and tentative. Food was ok, came out quickly and tasted decent, wasn’t too expensive either. We were surprised by the cost of the drinks. My 12oz high noon was $10! That’s a bit on the steep side for me I’m afraid

My wife and I used to frequent this place. We enjoyed sitting outside at one of the tables on the sidewalk. The last time we were there we had dinner. I left a nice tip, a little over 20%. When I checked my bank account I noticed that the tip was much higher than I wrote. Significantly higher. I called and spoke with a manager who apologized and told me they would correct ticket. That was over two months ago. They did nothing. We will not return to this restaurant. I enjoy the food and atmosphere but I don’t trust them to be honest and I don’t want to get ripped off.

Food was excellent. Tried the crab meat broil and the Louisiana BBQ Shrimp. Food came out very quickly since there were few people there on a Thursday afternoon. The only issue was our waitress reeked of marijuana which put a big damper on our experience and made us question the cleanliness standards of the establishment.

A waiter/waitress didn’t show up to work. A young lady was working by herself. She was wonderful!! We had a large party and we were all pleased with her. She stayed happy, personable and helpful. She went above a beyond Thursday, June22, 2023 pm. And the food was great!

Great spot. Food was top-notch. Service was really good. The atmosphere was dark. I think it was just where we were seated, though. There were not a lot of overhead lights where we were. The food made up for it, though! If you get the tea from Long Island, make sure tubas for light ice! Otherwise, it was very tasty. I had the seafood platter and could not finish it all! If you are downtown Mobile, make sure you check them out!

Second time here tonight, was excited to try it again as my first experience was good. Tonight I went in with the family after a show, we were sat quickly, moderate wait for service, no big deal. We order and my food comes.out incorrect. Waitress asks if she takes care of the difference would I take the meal. I agree as everyone had their food delivered. We are ready to check out and the waitress comes back and says her manager states she has to personally pay for the mistake of food since she “gave it to me”. Servers do not make that much, also felt very on the spot, so I hand over my credit card and tell her no, I will just pay for it. My original meal 15.99. The meal I didn’t order but took 35 dollars. I am feeling pretty salty about it, as the mistake was in the kitchen, noticed before I was given food and should have been rectified before it was ever presented.

The, really nice, owner stopped by our table before we left to thank us for coming to his restaurant! He was very proud and very informative about Mobile, AL. Sunday brunch was awesome. Great to see Mobile offer free meter parking.
