I’m not quite sure what they marinate their chicken in for those 24 hours that they speak of. Possibly air (?) Service is great and atmosphere was a nice vibe but they must not put ANY seasoning in their chicken. It is nice and hot, crunchy and tender, but zero flavor…and overpriced, IMO

Called on phone to order and the kid answering first just long paused with no response. Then when I asked to order the quarter chicken combo he said tenders or wings? I said quarter chicken is not tender or wings, you know what I’m just gonna come in and order since you must not be able to hear me or something. I go in and order on a kiosk. The kid purposely made my Thai tea different from what I ordered. I told him he’s messing with me and it taste terrible and not what I ordered and that I said extra ice and he put about three ice cubes (not exaggerating) and zero sugar. He looked at me dumbfounded and said … I can remake it. Then I checked my chicken to make sure it was spicy and it was not. I went to the counter and said this was supposed to be spicy. The one kid looked to the first kid and he said yeah it is. I said mk cause I just tried it. Then I just left cause I was about to get mad. Then when I got in car and was too far to come back, I noticed he also didn’t put my biscuit in my combo which is the main reason I even went there vs Dave’s hot chicken was SPECIFICALLY cause I wanted a biscuit. Not just this location that sucks, the other one does too. Don’t waste your time or money coming here. My food was $19 all to get what I didn’t order and some bitter employees because they wanna be weird. Please stay working there. Forever.

came by to check out the food bc we passed by this place numerous times. I ordered the 8 piece chicken meal which came with three sides. The chicken was pretty flavorful but more on the salty side. The mashed potatoes, curly fries and charred corn were included and were good – nothing memorable. I added a drink for a $2 extra charge , because it was a great deal…however, the options were limited. I’d come back again as everyone enjoyed the meal and the staff was very nice !

I LOOVVVEEE the fruity flurry!! One of the best drinks I ever had. The staff are very cool. I brought my wife here to try this place for the first time and she didn’t like the taste of her first drink. A staff member named Patrick made her a different one for free to make sure she left satisfied. That was really nice of him. We’re definitely permanent customers!

Won’t be back, Chicken was tough I ended up just tossing it plus the dining area was filthy and they really need to get rid of that nasty sofa seat near the door that’s enough to make you turn around. I am not surprised someone hasn’t called the health dept.

First, this fried chicken is what I’ve been waitingggg for. Super crispy, not too oily, great seasoning. American fast food chicken places just don’t cut it. Great fries, the yellow sweet potato fries are great too! Second, this Kung Fu tea location does their boba for bubble tea SO WELL. Absolutely spot on texture. RUNNN!

Helpful, fun, and fashionable staff, reasonable wait times, and a really excellent, fresh product.

1.) They cooked everything correctly
2.) Placed tamperproof seals on all items
3.) Delivered everything in a timely manner
4.) Appreciated when I called to thank them
