my order arrived wet. napkins, soggy vegetables that weren’t placed on the burger. I called the restaurant to see if this is how they usually do their meals, they claimed uber has it this way, and that’s what it said on the order as well. my paper receipt & uber receipt says other wise. Manager Javi also mentioned he wish I would come get my food instead so it was made correctly, my apologies for ordering delivery.

Last month, my husband mentioned this place because it was recommended and he wanted to try it.
Upon arrival, the woman at the register did not seem happy to be there. She had a stink face and a bland attitude. Not friendly, warm or welcoming. My husband ordered a double burger and while I want too hungry, I got the special they had going on which was a single patty cheeseburger with fries and a drink.
The photo is only 1 bite by the way. The patty was so thin and small it looked like someone else took a bite out of it before I did. I noticed it because when I took my first bite, I noticed the excessive bread and decided to tear off the extra. That’s when I noticed the crappy patty that was inside. Nothing but bread and a thin half patty. I would have ratheres to have saved my appetite.
I wouldn’t go back based on the service from the cashier nor the quality of the food.

Update: I changed my previous five star review to one. I went recently and it was apparent that the establishment is under new ownership. The food was so different. It just taste like a burger from anywhere else- taste is very similar to Burger Boy. The bun was a little dry and dense. The fries were another thing that changed. The staff was nice. The music was too loud to talk.
Previous Review: Prices are still reasonable, and the food is great! Also, they never ever mess up my order. The only downfall is that during peak hours it can be hard to find seating. And I think the lighting is too dark.

Born and raised in the Southside and I’ve been coming here since I was a little kid. My grandparents loved this place. Today i brought my kids and i was happy that everything tasted just like it did when i was a kid. My kids loved it and they loved the lady at the counter Monica! Thank you for a great family meal

Update: I was craving a burger for lunch and of course I had to come back and get one. Again, I wasn’t disappointed! I got a Double with Bacon and let me tell you, it was perfectly seasoned and incredibly delicious. The pics of the burgers do this place no justice. They’re perfectly sized to send you into an afternoon nap!
The restaurant is always super clean and organized. The staff are always friendly and patient. I love hearing them talk, laugh and have fun while they make my food. Thanks again!
My co-workers came back with their lunch and instantly made me envious. I just had to go and order for myself. I’m definitely not disappointed! Theres a reason they have two Blue Plate awards on the wall!

Pretty good place. I got the hamburger and onion rings. I will say the onion rings tasted like they are frozen then fried. Not the best. The fries were good and the burger was good. We are outside. They make it fresh so there is a bit of a wait.

I ordered different stuff to try it all… Onion rings seemed a little doughy, fried mushrooms were good, fried pickles were good, fries were good, wings were good but seemed a little thick. They were kinda like little chicken legs… the burger was good but the meat was a little small. The sweet tea was great. I will be back to try different food.
