If your in the area I definitely recommend you stop by. Coming back from a road trip me and my family were famished and decided to stop here. First of all the service was great and no complaints there whatsoever. The real star of the show was the food. We started with the buffalo wings which were fried to perfection. As for the meals we got the New York steak and the steak pasta which were both so good and cooked to perfection. As for dessert definitely go for the peanut butter pie with ice cream it was the perfect way to finish off such a great meal. Prices we also very reasonable

What a disappointment, we went here expecting excellent food with something just a little different. We were wrong. The food is normal diner quality with the upscale prices. The crab cakes were just so so, but not really special enough to eat the full serving. One will do ya, two will gross you out. My kids loved the fries but little else. No strawberry drinks served. The waitress was very nice. The wait for food was very long. We timed it after being there a bit and it took 34 minutes for food to arrive. That is including an appetizer that was brought with our meal, so that was a bummer. The bathrooms were super clean! As a while the restaurant was clean as well. All in all if you want normal down home cooking with little flair on the pricey side this is the place to be otherwise avoid at all costs.

A great restaurant in the country part of Mechanicsburg. We love everything we order. We got the Captain’s Crab Dip as an appetizer and it was great! I had the Chesapeake Chicken & Crab for dinner. Excellent! Reasonably priced as well. Will definitely return.

First time at this location, have been to the E-town one many times. Overall very clean establishment. Waitress was great and attentive. Rhino fries are the best and it’s large enough for a meal should you choose it. Stir fry was good, however I did have a few pieces of chewy steak that I couldn’t eat.

We got the BBQ for two and it was delicious! Also, a lot of food! We had enough left for lunch the next day. A lot of beer options though they were out of a few of our choices. So many available that it wasn’t hard to find replacement and the server was very knowledgeable. Our server was also super sweet and very good, took excellent care of us. It’s a bit of a drive for us but it’s our new fave date night spot!

Was looking for really good crab dip, but it’s not here. I reckon I was expecting Maryland-style crab dip too far north and was disappointed that the definition of crab dip here was imitation crab, mayonnaise, and a little bit of cheese. Definitely not worth $16.50. The food was average the teriyaki sauce was a little too sweet, and likely not going to visit here again. Service was good, the waitress we had was attentive and nice, as was the rest of the staff.

Bought 2 Southwest chicken Cobb salads and there was a core from the lettuce in both salads. Paid $18 for each, which is ridiculous. Had no idea it was that expensive until I picked up. Then to get home and find out that it was more like a $8 salad. We have loved TJ Rockwell’s for years. Not so sure anymore. Well they responded with a reasonable explanation and sent me a gift card. Thank you to the manager. I will continue to go back!
