The food here is decent. The sampler plate is pretty good. It has giant fried boudin balls, pork sausage and pork skin. That’s probably the best thing on the menu. The wraps are popular for lunch and they’re just fine. They need more seasoning imo. The sweet potato fries are pretty good, nice and crisp with good texture and not dried out. Service is good here. Waitress is friendly and attentive. Restaurant is clean. It’s a good place to get lunch.

Catfish bites, ribeye, and grilled shrimp pasta was all very good. Even the simple side salad was good, so fresh, crisp and just the right temperature. No room temperature week old wilted lettuce or sour cherry tomatoes.
The fish was EXCELLENT! Cooked perfectly and cooked to order….. burned my mouth when I took my first bite, straight out the grease to my table. If the fried fish dinner is this good then it should not disappoint.
As for the ribeye, the menu said “Prime”. I would not have graded this steak prime but it wasn’t far off. Cooked too a good medium rare and seasoned very well. Will definitely order again
Grilled shrimp pasta – again very good. The shrimp were grilled properly, not over or under cooked, seasoned perfectly. The pasta and sauce was what you would expect from a “Cajun Pasta” but was no way generic in flavor. It was seasoned very well with just the right amount of heat and the salt level of the pasta and sauce is were it needs to be.
I HATE bread pudding but….. it was good to me, as far as bread pudding goes. Now my wife in the other hand orders it every where we go and she said this was some of the BEST bread pudding she has ever had. And the portion was very large, she couldn’t eat all of it.
Over all T Doug’s was a very good experience. We will definitely be going back and I will get the fried fish dinner the next time we visit because I loved the catfish bites appetizer.
They just opened a meat and seafood market. I’m going to check that out tomorrow. They also have an entertainment room that you can dine in and regularly had a live band.
The place being 15 minutes from my house is very convenient also……

T-Doug’s offers a delightful dining experience with excellent service from our waitress, Demi. The food is delicious, but the portions are a bit small for the price. To enhance the value, consider adding more fries or a side salad. Overall, a pleasant visit with room for improvement in portion sizes.

Beautiful restaurant but service was lacking, waitress on her phone. Ordered $14 Catfish Po-Boy, came with one piece of fish. 3 to 1 ratio bread to fish. Sad cause it looked delicious.

My husband and I love coming here! There’s nothing that we’ve had that didn’t taste great. . I’m a gumbo person and the Seafood Gumbo is to die for. Everything in the pictures was 10/10. As always I highly recommend T-Dougs Cajun Cuisine.

Unfortunately, the food just doesn’t live up to the price or description. I ordered the loaded crawfish etouffee spud. I received no bacon,butter, or cheese. It was just a plain potato with a side of etouffee. I can’t see myself ordering this $20 spud again.

Nice little place out in the middle of nowhere! Amazing service and staff. Had the cheese burger with side salad. VERY good!!! Will need to stop by in the future and try their other items.

The only problem I had was that I wanted a sample platter so I could try all the things!! We got the fish bites chicken fried steak, BLT and a cup of gumbo! All of it was delicious

T-Dougs is known for winning first place in cooking competitions for their crawfish Etuffee. They recently won in Eunice. Our party was quickly seated for dinner on a Friday night. I wholeheartedly recommend the Atchafalaya, which is crawfish etuffee topped with either grilled or fried fish. On Thursdays and Saturdays they have steak night. You can get a steak surf-n-turf style which is a steak topped with their Etuffee! The service is excellent, and the owner himself was walking around making sure our party was well stocked with beverages. Prices are reasonable, and it’s a quick 20-minute drive from Coushatta.
