We visited T&C Burger Lab in Rome and absolutely loved it. It’s a small, cozy place with a fantastic atmosphere and great background music that makes you instantly feel comfortable.
They offer a very respectable selection of burgers. You order in advance at the counter, and even when there’s a queue, the waiting time isn’t too long. And then the magic happens — you receive a truly outstanding burger.
The burger is made from Italian Angus beef, perfectly cooked and incredibly juicy, literally melting in your mouth. You can taste the quality in every bite. The homemade fries are simply divine -crispy, fresh, and full of flavor.
You can clearly see this is a family-run business that truly cares about quality, presentation, and the overall experience. The owner is very friendly and welcoming, which adds a personal and warm touch to the whole visit.

Delicious, juicy burgers served in a small, cozy spot with friendly staff and great prices. Perfect if you’re craving a break from traditional Italian fare without sacrificing quality or flavor. It was a bit too hot as no fans or AC running but highly recommended!

Did not expect to find such an amazing burger in Italy — but wow, this place nailed it. Juicy, flavorful, perfectly cooked — easily top tier. After days of pasta, pizza, and paninis, this was the break we didn’t know we needed.
And the service? Outstanding. Our waiter seemed like the owner himself — you could just tell how much pride and care went into everything. Such a genuine and welcoming vibe. Highly, highly recommend!

The best burger I’ve had in a while.. cooked to perfection.. you can ask for rare, medium or well done on your patty.. nothing fancy but can beat any fancy restaurant because of the taste and deliciousness of the burger! Must try!

As a vegetarian, it was great to find a burger place that serves a veggie option. Super nice staff, great vibe. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is it seems a bit over priced & there is only 1 veggie burger option. The food was great, the taste was great, I was served quickly, all of that was fine. But for wat you get, the price is rather high.
