I came in for a pick up order and it was very busy in the lobby so I could barely see the front desk. I’ve never been here before so I wasn’t sure where to pick my food up. When the crowd dispersed a little, to my horror, my food was sitting on a table in the lobby in a greasy looking togo container, not bagged up or anything…with people crowded around it. I’ve never picked up a togo order like that ever. I was thrown off and didn’t know what I was supposed to do so I picked it up and looked around for someone to ask for a bag at the very least. Then I saw the bags hung up on the wall to the side of the table. I then asked one of the hostesses a question about my food and she asked me did I check out yet. I told her I ordered and paid online. She said I have to go to the desk and check out with someone and go over my order and sign my receipt before I can leave. I told her I’ve never been here before or ever picked up food like this so I didn’t know. I went and checked out and left.
Leaving the food out like that makes no sense and it’s disgusting to have people standing around it and it’s not even in a bag. It should probably be in a more controlled environment if you expect people to not take and bag their food and for sanitary reasons as well.
The burger’s taste was good. Fries were cold. I had to heat up both so of course it wasn’t the best it could be. Good thing I didn’t wait until they text me it was ready for pick up which was 10 mins after I picked it up (18 minutes after the predicted pick up time).
Such a weird experience. It’s really hard to find good food and service in Augusta.

Went here for the first time ever on my birthday and did not disappoint! Our server was bubbly and very accommodating. Ryan made my Bloody Mary to my liking very well. My steak, as posted, was made medium and I loved it. Will definitely be back!

Honestly, I hardly write reviews because most experiences are at least mediocre. I’d never been to this restaurant before but I will never return. The only thing worthwhile was the server and she needs to go work somewhere else! We were seated at a table with menus. The server was attentive and gave us time to look over the menu. She brought us out bread but we were never given any silverware. I went to the front and asked for silverware which seemed to inconvenience the host staff. I specifically went to the bar to see what they had because the menu only listed specialty drinks and beer. When I ordered the server didn’t know what it was I requested (just a specific tequila on the rocks). It took quite some time for our drinks to arrive because apparently the liquor wasn’t even in their system. We ordered our food, two different steaks prepared at different temps. Our steaks came out the opposite of what we each ordered. Not a big deal but not correct. I also found foil in my rice. The manager came and explained that the pan is lined with foil and it must’ve been picked up with the rice when it was scooped onto the plate. We didn’t get angry or raise our voices we just let them know what had happened. They remade our meals which we appreciated. Then our checks come…we are charged for everything we ordered. Our steaks show up twice on the bill then a discount is applied to remove one steak( I understand the restaurant industry and know they need to ring it through to account for the food). No offer to discount our meal for the mistakes, no offer for a complimentary dessert or even a coupon on another visit. In addition the suggested tip at the bottom was misleading to say the least. It showed percentages based on the additional steak that they removed. Overall, not the way to run a restaurant. They were busy so maybe they just don’t care about the customer experience anymore. I’ve waited many tables and I know the business. I won’t be back and I will definitely be sharing my negative experience. Tyler, this was poorly handled and if that’s the company “policy” I’d be looking to work for a company who has integrity.

19.99 for this. One chicken breast cut in half. Menu states 2 chicken breast. 4 shrimp and about 15 fries. This is no more then 4 bucks worth of food. Will not eat at places with this much profit margin.

I cannot recommend this establishment highly enough. I have received exceptional service on every single visit, whether seated in the main dining area or at the bar. The consistency is remarkable.
The entire team on shift was incredibly attentive and accommodating. While I apologize for forgetting the bartender’s name (I believe it was Eleanor?), management should know that their staff is delivering a truly A+ experience.
This place has well-earned its 5-star rating from me. Keep up the phenomenal work!

Had a great experience at T-Bones in Evans! We came in with a fairly large group, and the staff handled it like pros. Everyone was taken care of, orders were right, and nothing felt rushed or forgotten.
The food was fantastic across the board — everything came out hot, well prepared, and full of flavor. It’s clear the team works well together, and that makes a big difference when you’re dining with a crowd. We’ll definitely be back.

Tyler is a great manager! And knows what he is doing and talking about. In this era you meet so many managers that dont have a clue what they are doing and no customer service. Tyler is awesome. Perfect definition of a manager. I always go go washington rd tbonz but I will definitely drive a longer way to eat at this one all because Tyler is awesome!

Had lunch on a Saturday and it was perfect. They were so busy so it was all hands on deck for them. It didn’t matter because the service was spot on! My steak was tender and cooked to perfection. I love their blue cheese dressing so even my salad made me happy!! Kudos to the management, servers and back of the house staff!!
I love that Evans has a great little steakhouse right here close by with no need to travel down Washington Road into Augusta!

We had the Cajun fish and shrimp, seered ahi, and filet mignon. Food and service was absolutely excellent. The Ahi was perfect with a little spicy Wasabi of course, Cajun Fish and shrimp is highly recommended even though it’s a steakhouse.
