T-BONES Great American Eatery – A Great NH Restaurant
Reviews
The meal started right complementary bread service. Warm bread with a dusting of savory seasoning (garlic-ish?). Yummy.
I had the choose 2 with lots of choices – picking french onion soup, and a 1/2 grilled blackened chicken sandwich. The sandwich even came with a side which I chose steamed broccoli.
I don’t make it here often and it is somewhat out of my normal travel area, but I always had a great dining experience here.
Been here a few times now and have never been disappointed. Staff is always friendly and the food is delicious.
…very attentive, quick to fulfill our requests, and pleasant. I had the broiled haddock with steamed broccoli and asked for mashed sweet potatoes instead of a baked potato, salad with honey mustard. Delicious. Hubs had the t-bone steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli, salad with Thousand Island dressing. Delicious as well. I tried the watermelon cucumber spritzer. Yummy, but i think it would be more of a summertime drink..very refreshing. I also had some hot tea with honey before my meal.
Hubs had coffee and an Arnold Palmer. He ordered the chocolate cake to go…
Looking forward to trying out the new restaurant in Hudson…
I go to the t-bones in Concord and Bedford on a weekly basis. I was extremely disappointed with the service and environment at this location. We arrived around 3, sat at a table by the bar. I love the happy hour and was excited to try a new location. It took 15 minutes to get a drink. After our first round, we had no service whatsoever.
I know how much T Bones cares about their service, so I think you should know. The staff isn’t friendly, bartenders and waitstaff have a really nasty, unapproachable look. If I were a manager here, I would want to know. It takes 2 seconds to say “Hi! How’s it going, be right over!” The vibe here is the completely opposite. You feel like an inconvenience. I’m sure if you’re a “regular” you’re good to go, but unfortunately not everyone is a regular. You should treat everyone the same way. Again, I have been in the service industry and a bar manager myself, you never know who you are serving. We had servers walking by left in right with tunnel vision views. With the remodel, I would seriously reevaluate your staff. Will continue to go to Bedford and concord location, I will not be back to Hudson.
Please, mangement, take a second to observe how your bar area staff interacts.
PSA for those going here, don’t feel bad if you’re ignored, it’s the normal if you aren’t here 7 days a week, apparently. Our meals were great, on another note.
T Bones in Hudson, please do better and PLEASE look like you enjoy being here. Smile, be personable, or don’t work in a restaurant.
