I really liked the food here. We got it delivered and the presentation was perfect and neat.
Food I tried:
– green beans: very yummy
– stir fried rice noodles: delicious, big fan of the thin style
– sizzling chicken: obviously wasn’t sizzling when we got it but still super delicious
– dry pot chicken: good, but I preferred the sizzling chicken slightly more
Next time I’d be interested in trying their eggplant
Price was def expensive. We had a small amount of leftovers. I’m guessing it’s cheaper in person though.

We order takeout. The food was very delicious and authentic. We order the braised beef with mushrooms and bamboo shoot, and fried lamb with pepper and cilantro. It was absolutely awesome.

Authentic Szechuan spices! I’ve had the dry pot and the dry fried eggplant. They also offer the classic American/Chinese style dishes. Huge menu selection!

First time at SV and the food was amazing!! We had egg rolls, crab Rangoon (Deelish) crunchy sesame chicken, pad Thai and gyoza! Our waitress was so fast and friendly and she never stopped being attentive with refills, clearing table etc. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for awesome Chinese food!! They even had perfect sized take home containers with a cute lunch bag! We will be back! Meal cost us $80 with tip but we have leftovers for another dinner at home. Cheers, Amy

A very delicious, enjoyable, authentic szechuan Chinese restaurant experience. They had all the usual Szechuan staples you would want. Our eyes were quite hungry so we pigged out on a lot of different things. The dry fired eggplant with chili peppers was perhaps the star of the show, they came out crispy on the outside but soft and piping hot on the inside, with great Szechuan flavors. The beef noodle soup was also surprisingly delicious, with a very deeply flavored broth and tender beef. The Cucumber with garlic sauce was very refreshing and bright. The pork belly with pickled cabbage was also one of our favorites, with fall apart tender pork over a bed of deeply braised shredded pickled cabbage. We also tried a sesame chicken for the kids, and even that dish was very good, with giant perfectly crisp pieces of tender chicken. The pad see ew had a very deep Wok hei flavor and sort of tasted more like Singaporean wok fried noodles rather than saucy bright Thai noodles, but it was still delicious. The low point was the fish fillet with tofu in “delicious sauce” , honestly pretty high expectations set by that name, the sauce was pretty basic and tasted like mostly soy sauce.
Overall, we had a very filling and delicious meal, with enough to take home for a second meal. I can’t wait to try other things on a return trip , such as the fried intestines.

Came by for a late lunch early dinner. Was killing some time and dining solo. I ordered a hot green tea, steamed pork dumplings, and the Singapore noodles.
Everyone was super friendly, the customer service was perfect and the food was fresh, hot and the portions were plentiful. Will definitely be back! Can’t wait to try more dishes.

My wife and I were in the area around lunch today and we decided to pay a visit. Let me say, we are so glad that we did! We were greeted at the door and seated quickly. Our drink and appetizer order was also taken immediately upon being seated. We went ahead and ordered our main course at the same time. Our appetizer came out first and we were allowed an appropriate amount of time to enjoy those prior to the arrival of our main dishes. This was hands down the best Chinese food either of us have ever had. The egg drop soup was phenomenal. My wife said her wonton soup was equally delicious. Our egg rolls were very fresh and not overly greasy as we’ve experienced at other restaurants. I ordered chicken with broccoli. The chicken was tender and full of flavor, the broccoli cooked to perfection. My wife had chicken with mixed vegetables and she was pleased with her meal as well. The restaurant was very clean, tidy, and decorated well. The Chinese music playing sounded like love songs and made for a relaxing atmosphere. Our waitress was extremely friendly. She even shared a few of her favorite dishes for us to try on the future which she took the time to mark on a to-go menu for us to review. We may live 45 minutes away, but this is our new go-to spot for all of our Chinese food cravings in the future. We plan to bring our friends who also appreciate a restaurant that takes pride in the experience they create for their guests.

The egg rolls and spring rolls were not real hot when they came out. Broccoli in dish (sweet and sour ribs) was not hot. The ribs were cut and looked like bite pieces but still had bone in them (almost swallowed a bone)
And took a while to come out. Staff said they were busy.

I stumbled upon this restaurant today when my mom said she had a taste for Chinese. It reminds me of Peter Chang’s in Charlottesville (but the scallion pancake is more roti-like). We split that and the dry-fried green beans, which were tender, well-seasoned, and very tasty! She had a noodle fish with chicken and shrimp (no pork) and said it used just the right amount of sesame oil. I got the dry-fried chicken and peppers, which included the mouth-numbing Sichuan peppers, I think. It was absolutely delicious. Fried to perfection, not greasy.
I have photos because I know my husband will want to come here. We’ve been missing our old fave, Szechuan Village may be a solid alternative!

Authentic Szechuan restaurant in RTP area (not many options around Cary). Fantastic Szechuan tongue-tingling food experience.
