As tradition our family eats Chinese food for Valentine’s Day dinner every year. This year we tried Szechuan garden for the first time since moving to the area and we were impressed with the quality and portions of the food we ordered. The dining room looked very nice and clean and although we carried out, our brief interaction with the staff was a pleasant one. Thank you, and we will be returning for more delicious Chinese cuisine.

Excellent chinese. The best in the area. Reasonably priced, large portion size. 3 dinners fed myself, my partner, and a 16 and 28 year old boy with plenty left over. My only complaint is the egg roll was too well done. Can’t recommend this place enough.

FANTASTIC food at a PHENOMENAL price!! Family is SO Nice, restaurant is clean, and the portions were Tremendous!! Had the Honey Chicken and the General Tso’s–both were Amazing!! HIGHLY recommend and agree that this business does do much by way of carry out business, (for a clear reason!), so plan accordingly. Hidden gem right in downtown Williamston! Will definitely be back!!!

Very reasonable price and good enough volume for lunch. I placed take out order, but you can also dine in too. Service is quite fast, but I think recommend to place order ahead, so you can save your time for waiting.

Update: Tried Szechuan again, and they’ve stepped up their game!
Even with the rough inflation, Szechuan Garden delivers gut-busting portions for a reasonable price. The food is also straight flames, I’ve been a fan of the Lo Mein and the Happy Family.
Old Review: Portions are a good size. Price is reasonable. However, the last few times I was there the chicken had the consistency of gelatin and it really threw me off.

I ordered on-line. I went to pick up the order and was told the price was $26 and some odd cents. What I ordered on-line was $17 and some odd cents. She told me they had changed prices, but could not remove the old price menu from their website, which I had ordered from. She wasn’t willing to give me the website price, so I left. I did pick up their new menu and the prices were considerably higher and would not have ordered in the first place. They definitely need to get someone to change the new menu prices on the website.
