My spouse enjoyed the Vegan veggie Breakfadt Bowl with added Just Egg (R) It has more veggies than the omelet, so if that is your preference, it’s a choice that fulfills it.
We share so we got to try and enjoy both dishes.
The orange juice is not from concentrate but squeezed offside. It tasted fresh.
We had a choice of oatmilk or almond milk for non-dairy creamers for our coffee. The drip coffee is typical. I enjoyed my first cup black.
I called ahead and confirmed they had Vegan options on the menu. I 2as told they had Just Egg (R), Black beans, and avocado. The option for Vegan Egg Substitute is clearly marked on their printed menu for multiple dishes. I enjoyed getting dry sourdough toast and using a little avocado on it instead of butter.
Overall the food was good, staff was attentive, and location just a few blocks away from the AC Hotel (and Le Meridian Hotel – same building) where we stayed which unfortunately did not have any adequate Vegan options for us today. For us it was walking distance. I am bookmarking this restaurant to go to again the next time we stay in this part of Denver for shows at the Denver Performing Arts Center.
The beignets were fluffy on the inside and a nice delicate crunch on the outside. The blackberry and coconut Syrups are so good separately, but even better together.
The jalapeño popper was lacking jalapeño, but the loaded tots made up for it. The tots are crispy and perfect amount of salt. All food has generous portions.
My favorite part of this restaurant is dogs are welcome and there was the most beautiful dog sitting right next to my family and I.
When I walked in, the hostess greeted me and sat me in secluded spot in the restaurant, I definitely like it because I was by myself since my wife was working today at the expo they have going on.
You can ask whatever you would for a drink, but you must try one of their mimosas! I had the strawberry lemonade mimosa with a coffee and water.
I also ordered myself the Garcia Omelette with diced potatoes. The failover of the omelette was delicious and juicy. The eggs were not dry and the cheese was melted just right.
My wait er was awesome as he was the only one waiting serving tables. I also heard him giving advice to another customer for shopping.
The customer service here was phenomenal! My waiter ensure all of us were taken care of in a timely fashion.
He would even asked each of checking out if we wanted a coffee or water to go.
The ambiance of the restaurant was chill with some reggae music playing in the background. The music wasn’t too loud either, it was just right to relax and enjoy your food here.
I highly recommend trying this place out if you’re visiting the Denver, CO area.
