Our waiter Mark was solid, gave good advice on what food was preferred, I got the eggs your way, with loaded potatoes, the potatoes were heavy but packed the flavor, my wife got the avocado toast, she was a big fan, then we got beignets with strawberry and blackberry syrup, those were the best part of the meal…

Overall pretty good experience. I think they were short staffed because I don’t think our waiter was actually a waiter so our service was kinda slow and we only saw the guy like 3 times. The chicken & waffles were pretty good, right amount of breading on the chicken and the spicy syrup was pretty good. Waffles might be their specialty because it was a great waffle. The ultimate bloody mary wasn’t anything special and kinda small. The menu gives a wide variety. It really wasn’t that busy, especially for a Sunday morning but I think they were short staffed. I would definitely go back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good breakfast spot in the city.

Great little restaurant downtown. Not too busy, even on a Saturday morning, and the service was excellent. The menu has some standard items for breakfast traditionalists, and then some pretty wild exclusives that make this place worth the trip. If you’re within walking distance, even better, so you can burn off the calories from the super sweet, super delicious breakfast!

We just got to town and our room isn’t ready so we set off to find lunch. We argued over which place to go and I’ll admit it. “He was right”. I struggled to take good photos before we ate it all. Do the add on coconut French toast. It’s a must!

I enjoyed Vegan Garden omelet made with Just Egg (R) with added avocado minus the Feta. Also added “habanero tomatoes” which were enjoyable with less intensity than expected,so don’t be afraid to try them. Asked that the “diced potatoes” be extra crispy. They did that and they are nicely spicy as well.

My spouse enjoyed the Vegan veggie Breakfadt Bowl with added Just Egg (R) It has more veggies than the omelet, so if that is your preference, it’s a choice that fulfills it.

We share so we got to try and enjoy both dishes.

The orange juice is not from concentrate but squeezed offside. It tasted fresh.

We had a choice of oatmilk or almond milk for non-dairy creamers for our coffee. The drip coffee is typical. I enjoyed my first cup black.

I called ahead and confirmed they had Vegan options on the menu. I 2as told they had Just Egg (R), Black beans, and avocado. The option for Vegan Egg Substitute is clearly marked on their printed menu for multiple dishes. I enjoyed getting dry sourdough toast and using a little avocado on it instead of butter.

Overall the food was good, staff was attentive, and location just a few blocks away from the AC Hotel (and Le Meridian Hotel – same building) where we stayed which unfortunately did not have any adequate Vegan options for us today. For us it was walking distance. I am bookmarking this restaurant to go to again the next time we stay in this part of Denver for shows at the Denver Performing Arts Center.

Music wasn’t as good as the other Syrups location (more pop).
The beignets were fluffy on the inside and a nice delicate crunch on the outside. The blackberry and coconut Syrups are so good separately, but even better together.
The jalapeño popper was lacking jalapeño, but the loaded tots made up for it. The tots are crispy and perfect amount of salt. All food has generous portions.
My favorite part of this restaurant is dogs are welcome and there was the most beautiful dog sitting right next to my family and I.

for some reason 1st time trying here; lived here over a year now, unfortunately, found the bacon the cracked bacon to be rather disappointing. It was cold, not crunchy sugar, brown sugar, not melted on it then I’d ordered the corned beef, hash, and hollandaise Benedict unfortunately also was not up to what I thought to expect the corned beef hash was cold so I tried the California eggs Benedict, much more pleasing, ordered a single side of French toast as well as a pancake and found the French toast to be delicious like fluffy really really tasty. The pancake as well was deliciously done not overcooked light and fluffy tasting. Was looking forward to trying all the different syrup flavors but have not got to do that yet at the moment the regular syrup is the only one on the tableis tasty would highly recommend if you’re gonna have a drink in your an espresso martini person. The espresso martini was delicious. Yes you are not comfortable with loud environments. It is rather loud and crowded in here so be aware that it is not a quiet and quaint place. server was friendly and attentive.

I had an amazing time experience eating breakfast here! This restaurant is within in walking distance from the many hotels in the area. I highly recommend walking so you can work up an appetite and after you have finished eating you can walk off the great food you will eat here.

When I walked in, the hostess greeted me and sat me in secluded spot in the restaurant, I definitely like it because I was by myself since my wife was working today at the expo they have going on.

You can ask whatever you would for a drink, but you must try one of their mimosas! I had the strawberry lemonade mimosa with a coffee and water.

I also ordered myself the Garcia Omelette with diced potatoes. The failover of the omelette was delicious and juicy. The eggs were not dry and the cheese was melted just right.

My wait er was awesome as he was the only one waiting serving tables. I also heard him giving advice to another customer for shopping.

The customer service here was phenomenal! My waiter ensure all of us were taken care of in a timely fashion.

He would even asked each of checking out if we wanted a coffee or water to go.

The ambiance of the restaurant was chill with some reggae music playing in the background. The music wasn’t too loud either, it was just right to relax and enjoy your food here.

I highly recommend trying this place out if you’re visiting the Denver, CO area.

Abundant servings and delicious food. The cracked bacon was recommended, and didn’t disappoint. The sugar donuts with Nutella and homemade Carmel sauce was as expected. For entrees, I had the California Eggs Benedict, my partner had the corned beef Eggs Benedict. Both were delicious. The server was friendly and helpful.
