lovely lady
Gross burger was nasty and both fries and burgers was cold asked for new fries and they gave me cold fries again . This is nothing like the old one that used to be in the arena , it was nasty tasting especially for $15 for burger and another $7 for cold old fries …to make it even worse … but at least they were somewhat friendly

When you buy food in an arena, you’re either going to pay a lot for mediocre food, or an absurd amount for good food. Symon commits the crime of charging an absurd amount for mediocre food. Got 2 burgers, 2 fries and one soda for $60 (including a 15% tip. Not sure why I tipped. All they did was take my order and slide over pre-made burgers and cold fries. I don’t tip at a convenience store. We Americans are quite stupid when it comes to tipping). The burgers were surprisingly small for a $15 burger, and really quite tasteless. The fries, which were an extra $6 each and too small to share between two people, were good in their last moments of warmth, but that didn’t last. I will gladly go out of my way to avoid this sorry excuse for arena food in the future.

$45 for two people and the burger was horrible. The bun as you can see in the picture was stale and tasted horrible. the fries were hard and cold. Don’t waste any money at this place.

Please Michael, do something about these burgers! Nothing “chef” about them. Look is poor to start. I got the thin lizzy. Took 8 bites before any kind of topping taste and not able to identify anything from the description. Granted, it was at NCAA tournament, but one of friends got a meal at another vendor who said the quality and taste was good. Sorry, but this establishment should be pulled. Makes Cleveland look bad.

Burger was so overcooked it was crispy and the cheese was burnt. You can use the bun like a frisbee and possibly break a tooth. 10/10 do not recommend.

2 cheeseburgers, 1 fry, 1 soft drink, 1 water $37. Ok .. I get. However .. absolutely worse burgers and fries I’ve ever had. Luckily , the Diet Pepsi was superb. It’s embarrassing that this place is in business. C’mon Cavs you can do better than this.

Man, I’m sorry to hear almost everyone had a bad experience here. My partner and I had this during a Cavs game last month and it was legit one of the best I ever had. Pricey, but you’re also in a stadium so that’s not news. So personally, I had a fantastic experience lol. I’m a regular Cavs game go’er and I get this place all the time. Yum!

Ordered what was supposed to be a split grilled kielbasa on a brioche roll. What I got was a whole (not split) kielbasa that was almost raw in the middle on what looked like the same hot dog buns that the rest of the vendors use (think squashed to nothing like Wonder bread). I took three bites and threw the rest away.
