I stopped in on a Tuesday morning to meet some friends for breakfast here in September 2025. I had not yet visited this location but was relatively familiar with the previous location.
Food was okay. My 68 Bowl was on a plate and felt a little overpriced for what I got at $12.50.
Service was okay as well. We were alerted that they were understaffed that morning. Not sure if that is the reason for getting our own refills or fetching our own napkins snd cutlery, but that felt a little odd aftering the option for a tip at checkout.
Atmosphere was enjoyable, for sure. Exposed, old, vintage building vibes. It was before 8am, so relatively quiet while we were there but it seemed to be picking up as we left about 845.
All in all, a decent spot, especially if you’re into coffee enough to appreciate the effort they put into that. Don’t plan on a hearty breakfast here and you should be fine.

Really great place! I’m never disappointed here. Happy to see the protest outside and great vibes in store too! All inclusive. Super great tasting cold brew, kinda lemoney notes in the drink. Our friends had a great time as well 🙂 thanks!

Such a cute place! Large room in the back for seating. Brings in character from Ocala history with a blend of natural art. Such friendly, patient and inviting staff. Very clean and organized. Drinks were exceptional and the food was hot and flavorful! Great way to start the day! ☕️

Great spot, with a darn good BEC sandwich. Perfectly fried egg. The vanilla latte was done very well- hard to find properly made espresso drinks in florida so this was a welcome surprise. Interior is very spacious with a nice bar and lots of comfortable seating.
Ignore the bad reviews. The cafe is clean and the service was excellent. As to the reviewer complaining about having to “retrieve their own napkins” i’m at a loss as to how to even address such out of touch cluelessness…it’s an order at the counter, bus your own dishes, coffee shop; of course the staff aren’t going to wait on you hand and foot! I’m surprised there wasn’t an added complaint about a lack of valet parking. Perhaps that unhappy reviewer was some form of royalty from a far off land but they clearly need a reality check. Normal people with realistic expectations will love this place.

We love symmetry! What a great space for an event!!! We do coordination & design for events and symmetry was so wonderful to work with!!! The owner Mike is always so nice and accommodating prior to event! And then we had Bekah help on the day of the event and she was so fantastic!!! Very hospitable, sweet and went out of her way to be helpful! What a difference that makes! But also look how stinking cute this space is for an event! Can’t wait for our next one here!
Oh also parking was easy, first floor made for easy unload as well!

If you ever find yourself in downtown Ocala, this is a cute coffee shop to check out!
They have a pretty basic menu of coffee selections, as well as seasonal options. I went around Christmas time so I tried a candy cane cold brew. It was very sweet for a cold brew but still enjoyable- the mint cold foam was probably the best part.
This is place looks small at first but there is actually a pretty sizable backroom that’s really cool and vintage looking with exposed brick, hanging light bulbs and church pews for seating. Definitely great for getting together with friends.
They have a yummy looking food menu that we didn’t try as we were just passing through town. But I have my eye on trying some crepes next time!

Only thing which is a big negative thing are the non reusable plastic knives and forks you have to use. That s a pity! Not worth to to give not 5 stars but still.

What an unexpected treat to find a place like Symmetry Coffee in downtown Ocala! My wife and I stopped in while downtown and were blown away by the quality of the coffee and baked goods. We got the Blues Brother Crepe and one of their giant cinnamon rolls both were delicious. The coffee options were great, a nice variety of options, flavors and house made syrups. The coffee is smooth and well brewed. One other big difference we noticed was the service. Selena and Cali were very helpful in sharing about their different drinks and treats. She made some very helpful suggestions that made our experience even better!
