Great little friendly stop. Home made soup was good as was my BLT. Hard to find a place to eat especially off season. Don’t hesitate to grab a bite here.

I thought I was in a twilight movie!!! We were the only ones in there and the lady and the guy serving was just staring at us all the time!!! Weird situation, we wanted to walk out but felt bad so we stayed!!!! We really should have left!!!! My eggs had a crumbled up hair or a very hairy insect!!!! I was so grossed out!!!!!
This couple should really go to Grandma’s Kitchen to learn immensely a lot!!!
Responding from post that Sylvia says FAKE NEWS!!lol. So I attached a pic from a previous post from your site and you can see it’s the same plate you use in your place!

Overpriced and lousy coffee. Never asked if we wanted a refill of coffee but I wouldn’t have had a second cup of that anyway. $50 for two for an “ok” omelette, toast made from the cheapest bread available and puddle water coffee and a small OJ is a rip off . Atmosphere needs some updating especially the restroom which was on par with an old gas station. There’s a point where “rustic and old” loses its charm and just becomes cheaping out. The service was prompt and pleasant but your money can be better spent elsewhere.

The moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by a kind waiter. They made me feel like a VIP from the start. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor really added to the overall dining experience. It’s moments like these that make dining at a prestigious restaurant truly memorable. Sylvia is incredibly talented in the kitchen, and I am so grateful for all the effort she put into making meals for me. Your cooking brings so much joy to my life, and I truly appreciate it. Thank you for being so kind and for sharing your culinary skills with me. You’re amazing! ️

When I first walked into Sylvia’s Lunch Break, I was welcomed with a warm hearted smile and a friendly face; Sylvia. When I sat down I was immediately impressed with the time it took to take my order, it took no time at all. The menu is absolutely incredible . The chicken burger I ordered was so incredibly tasty, I started to egde because it was unlike anything I have ever eaten. The pricing was absolutely amazing and affordable. I will definitely be back to eat some more .

SUCH a cute little diner, my family went there on a camping trip and we were able to get pancakes, a BLT, and a tender dinner meal at the same time. Breakfast lunch and dinner all served by Sylvia herself! Major grandmas kitchen atmosphere with an open kitchen and home style cooking, with pictures on the wall of wildlife that Sylvia told us about. Would highly recommend for some good news Hampshire hospitality

When I first ate at Silvia’s I fell in love with it, everything about Silvia’s was perfection, the service was incredible! I had the nicest server I ever had, she cares for me and made sure all my needs were met. It seemed like she was walking around with exactly what I needed! Whenever I requested something it basically appeared! Abracadabra type stuff! The food was out of this world, the food! It was so bussin. I loved the food so much I even started edging with happiness! I love Silvia’s recommend so much and would recommend it to anyone who asks for food! Thank you Silvia for saving my life with your delicious food!

The food is amazing, everything is homemade using the best ingredients. The salad was fresh and delicious, the burger was made with the tastiest beef I have ever had, not to mention the homemade fries and onion rings. We will be back next time we’re in town. The couple are very friendly, you feel right at home!

My girlfriend and I went to Sylvia’s while camping in lancaster and we were met with a warm smile and a gracious welcome to the small, homelike diner. The owner waited on us and was very kind. We started with onion rings, my girlfriend got a delicious horseshoe breakfast and I got the fried haddock grilled cheese special and they were all amazing. If you’re looking for a small town diner that feels like home Sylvia’s is the place for you to go. Fair prices, a home cooked meal and kind faces made our first experience there very enjoyable. We will definitely be going back every time we are in lancaster.
