I remember this place from 20 + yrs ago as a kid and the snow cones are still just as good and the owner is very nice; she always has been. This is definitely the BEST shaved ice snow cone stand in all of San Angelo and possibly in the state! No one else does it like she does. My dad and I go there once in a while and bring our dog with us and she always gives us a little snow cone treat for him 🙂 great ice, flavors, and extraordinary service!

Been going to see Sylvia since I was a youngster. Took my 13 yr old there and she feel in love with the soft snow cone. I always try to stop by when I’m in town, especially on those super hot days.

She has always remembered my son and I, Everytime we go. If we have our dogs with us, she makes sure to give them a little treat and they love it. Her flavors are mixed up by her and she has the best shaved ice around. Her and her husband work all day, everyday they are open, with smiles on their faces. I’m pretty sure they give back with the money they make off the stand. Go support a local business like hers.

The new owner is taking short cuts. No more shaved ice just crushed ice with way to much syrup. I think with slyvia and Bob gone there legend will go with them. It’s not shaved ice anymore anybody can crush ice and throw syrup on it. Disappointed after 30 yrs of beautiful snow cones from this legendary palace
