I stopped by Silvia’s Enchiladas on Eldridge and had a great experience. Our server, Rosario, was outstanding — definitely a 5‑star server. Attentive, friendly, and quick, she made the visit even better.

Fernanda has extensive knowledge of the menu and was able to explain everything in detail, recommend the best options, and even suggest great pairings based on what we liked. She made the whole ordering process easy and enjoyable, and her recommendations were spot on.
On top of that, her customer service was outstanding—she checked on us at the perfect times, made sure our drinks stayed filled, and kept everything running smoothly without ever making us feel rushed.

Rosario was an excellent server! She’s always so pleasant and happy! My husband and I ADORE HER! She always makes the best margaritas! We love the food too but it’s a bit pricey. Otherwise we would be here all the time!
