The quality has definitely gone down over the years. The staff always gets our order wrong, and never repeats it back to us to confirm it’s correct. When we asked them to correct our order, a different staff member came out and lectured us saying that “next time when an employee says butterscotch correct them and say the hardshell dipped butterscotch.” When ordering we had specifically said the hardshell dipped butterscotch 3 times before paying. I will not be going back.

Paid almost ten bucks for “deluxe” nachos and ice cream cone dipped in butterscotch. The best part of the so called deluxe nachos was the jalapenos and those came from a jar. All I tasted was salt and it seemed like sloppy Joe sauce instead of chili. I can get better ice cream and nachos for a better price at the gas station. Lived in the area for years and heard good things, so I decided to give it a try. I was completely let down. I will not be going back.
