Busy on a Monday morning but service was fast. Got seated quick. Offered dark or medium roasted coffee. Large menu. Have an omelet any way you want. We will try an omelet next time.
I had the seniors choice. 3 items, 4 items or 5 items for a price, from a large choice of items. Very nice, had a light appetite since we were traveling. I had 2 eggs, sausage patty and 1 slice french toast.
Husband had the 1/2 corn beef hash 1/2 biscuits and gravy. Good size portions.
We enjoyed our breakfast and really want to try omelets next time.

“Breakfast at Sibyl’s Omelettes was excellent! I tried the January Breakfast Special, which is a great combination of chicken breast, onions, and mild green chilies (don’t worry, they aren’t spicy at all) with cream cheese.
Choosing the pancakes as a side was the perfect pairing. It’s a wonderful way to start the year—visit them, you won’t regret it!”

Nice experience. Good omelet. I ordered the Sybil’s Omelet. My two issues were that is supposed to have Hollandaise sauce but they put just a small strip across the middle, not lengthwise. Also, unfortunately the omelet was a little wet. It’s got a bunch of veggies that causes that but there are ways to cook it so it’s not wet. Coffee was very good for diner level coffee. Service was fine but she concentrated on her regulars and I got a little left behind on things. Friendly and welcoming though. This is the place for locals. It was nice to see and listen in on the local gossip and happenings.

The food was good. The taco omelette was excellent. The club sandwich was only two pieces of bread which was preferred. Our server, Amber, was prompt and friendly. The place is dated but will definitely return.

This place was very busy but the customer service was exceptional. People took the time and was still speedy. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Large staff. Makes one wonder why other restraunts are not reasonably priced. Can’t beat this.

Had an AMAZING BREAKFAST! First breakfast with my wife’s sister’s and parents!! WE ABSOLUTELY ❤️ this breakfast place!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT EVEN THOUGH IT WAS PACKED THERE WAS NOOOO LACK OF SERVICE!! The kids had a pretty big spill that they came and cleaned up right away!!

A Family Cafe with great food. Everything was tasty and was priced accordingly.
Me and my Wife showed up around 9:30am on a Sunday to beat the church crowd and it was packed. We waited 20 minutes for seats and only 15 for food. Our waitress was nice, informative, and not overly attentive, that bugs us. They had a full kitchen staff they were moving with precision and smiles.
The place looked older but clean and kept up. It’s has a feel of memories and good times. Definitely coming back to try other dishes with our boys.

Ashley was our server and she was great! Everyone was so friendly and the food was delicious, plus you get GENEROUS food portions, NO SHRINKFLATION HERE, WOOHOO! The wait time to be seated was less than a minute and the service was EXCELLENT!! Our food was brought out hot and we received our orders FAST! They offer a great menu at great prices, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this restaurant whether you are just visiting or live locally, I would put Sybil’s Omelettes on your bucket list! I will be a repeat customer, I just found my new favorite!

Not sure what the hype is for this place. For a restaurant that has the word omelettes in it, the omelette I got tasted pretty bland. I ordered one that was supposed to have green chiles in it but I could not taste any at all which makes me wonder if they even gave me the right one.
Even without the chiles, it tasted under-seasoned.
The hash browns tasted a bit oilier than preferable and also under-seasoned.
The pancakes were fairly decent.
I’ll be honest: I’ve had better food at IHOP but wanted to try this place because of the good reviews but I’ll skip this place next time I’m in town for work.
