Had breakfast buffet the morning we checked out.
The menu was limited because their kitchen was closed due to a maintenance issue – they were replacing the stove top but the crew hadn’t come in on time to do the work, so we had to settle for the buffet.
Omelette and waffle station were awesome. Fantastic food and friendly service!
The buffet itself left a lot to be desired – felt kind of like a slightly more upscale Hyatt place, embassy suites, or Hampton inn breakfast. Really enjoyed the fresh fruit though.
Our server was kind and attentive!
If we were staying here, we’d come down again for convenience & we wouldn’t be disappointed. It’s good, not incredible but gets the job done.

BEST BLUE CRAB cakesssss OMG! Went for breakfast and this place did not disappoint. My bf & I live here in CC but it felt like we were vacationing up north all over again with the beautiful ambiance and friendly waitstaff working. We truly felt most welcomed & intend to return for their dinner menu. Amy was our server and she was beyond sweet, even offered us coffee or juice to go. We left mesmerized, tbh. I reccomend this restaurant! 5 out of 5!!! They have an awesome breakfast buffet that I’d like to try next time also. Yummmmm.

This is a hidden gem in downtown Corpus Christi. Quality, friendly service. Wonderful dinner options. And the best chocolate ganache dessert. The fish was cooked perfectly as well as the chicken. Get their margarita! It is amazing. Also, it only costs just a little bit more than going to Chili’s.

Amazing views, amazing food, and their creme brulee was soooooo good! We had ribeye steak and grilled Mahi Mahi and they were both cooked to perfection. Even the sides of broccolini and garlic mashed potatoes were delicious. I HIGHLY recommend Switchgrass Landing

Don’t let the $30-$50 per person price scare you it was about $35 per plate. And if your like me,when you see it looks like a smaller serving you think you’re not getting your moneys worth . But it was so beautifully set on the plate as you can see in the photos and it was actually more food than we thought because we still had to take it to go box And the view was just incredible.. I used to go there before and it was so dark always clean but dark now it’s white and crisp and refreshing. We went at like 6 PM. I got a table right on the corner where you’re surrounded by windows that overlook the water and ocean Drive. I love the new look and I love the food!
Plus valet parking that you can get validated!!!! I mean ladies, who wants to walk a block in HEELS and in the wind and guys, who wants to HEAR about it? Am I right?! I mean seriously you guys gotta check this place out. It’s awesome. You won’t be disappointed.

We love going there for their breakfast buffet and made reservations to dine in for Valentine’s Day. I loved the decorations, the piano player singing, the complimentary flowers that were offered but oh my goodness was it extremely cold in the restaurant. There was a storm that evening so unfortunately, it was already getting a little cooler outside (my fault for not being prepared) but I did not understand why the restaurant had to be so cold inside as well. Everything would have been perfect minus this extremely uncomfortable temperature. They had tea light candles set up so I moved it closer to help. I just felt rushed to get out of there and our food got cold faster, too. We would have stayed to enjoy another round of drinks and perhaps gotten dessert too but I wanted to high tail it out of there. I left there quite disappointed from this and hope to not have this experience in the future, thank you.

Our waitress Maria, as well as the host and kitchen crew made my daughter’s 19th birthday extra special this past Monday, August 18. They went out of their way and surprised her with beautiful balloons, a birthday card signed by all the staff, a delicious birthday dessert and a mocktail with a beautiful purple flower. Our views were gorgeous overseeing the water and the food was delicious. Overall it was a lovely experience and we will definitely be coming back! Thanks again for the beautiful memories and wonderful service. ❤️

Nice atmosphere and water view. Had to wait to be seated, which is fine, but saw a party the same size as mine, who came after us, get seated before us. Ok… I’ll survive. After being seated, my companion got the buffet and I ordered a ham and cheese omelette. My friend was finished with the buffet long before I ever got my omelette, 20 minutes later!!! Then, to add insult to injury, the “toast” was not even toasted and the omlette looked like a scramble that just got pushed into the plate. To top it off, the omlette was SOAKED with grease!! Like it was LITERALLY running off if the omlette!!! Would NOT recommend this place for breakfast, unless you pay the $23 for the buffet, I guess!!!
