Swissport Lounge Chicago: Worst Lounge In United States?

The Swissport Lounge Chicago is a small windowless room. It has incredibly outdated furniture, lacks decor, and doesn’t even have bathrooms.

Very small lounge and basic Food options. I came in Tuesday noon and there was no waiting. The lounge was about half full. There aren’t many tables that have power outlet. Food has muffins, apples, bananas, some cereal, candy, instant noodles, mix nut, dried bananas chips. In the fridge got small pasta salad, veggie bite, small sandwich, soft drinks and wine, beer. They are ok if you need some food while waiting for flights. Inside look kinda old.

Not the worst lounge I have been to but definitely nothing to rave about. No hot food only snacks. From the pictures of other reviewers, the coffee machine has been down for weeks . The capacity is only 50 ppl so it’s a relatively small lounge .

The worst PP lounge I have been to. No kitchen. Cold sandwiches. Didn’t see a microwave for customers to use. Cheap soup cup noodles. No windows. It’s like a detention center. But at least there are snacks

This lounge is nice. There’s some food available, mostly snacks. The staff was very friendly and kept everything well stocked. The only downside is that there are no windows, so it feels a bit closed off, even though it’s well ventilated. There are also two bathrooms located right by the reception, outside the main lounge area. Overall, I think it’s a good lounge.

This is by far the worst and saddest airport Lounge I’ve ever been to and unfortunately it’s the only option for Priority Pass Lounges in terminal M at Chicago ORD, unless you’re flying Delta, then your option is significantly better at the Delta Sky Lounge. I stayed in here just long enough to write this review.

This is somewhat a simple lounge, in comparison to others that I have visited. It was fairly clean and most important had space for us when we walked in. There were options of some dry snacks and 3 options of prepackaged small sandwiches, and a veggie clamshell pack. Couple of choices of beer, wine and some hard liquor. This is an interior lounge, no windows to outside. Overall good for a short stay.

If I could give this “priority lounge” negative 5 stars I would have. This is the most embarrassing lounge I’ve ever been in. Not only does Chase make you PAY to reserve a pre-booking for $9 a person, but the ladies at the front WONT LET YOU IN AT TOUR SCHEDULED TIME IF THE LIUNGE IS FULL. This is some freaking nonsense. There is no real food, a “self-serve bar” that is embarrassing and this is not worth the new Chase Safire Reserve price that you are spending. Save that money and spend it on the Amex plat card instead. At least Centurion and Delta Sky lounge is worth the price of the card.

One of the worst lounges.

Minimal everything. Windowless stuffy room packed with travelers. The time I visited, female restroom was out of order. Left soon after, better to wait at gate.

A beautiful, palace-style hotel with high ceilings and a grand feel — definitely a spot that stands out along NH9. The place has a clean, open layout with multiple food carts/stalls offering a variety of dishes to try, making it feel like a mini food court within a royal setting.

We tried the Kunafa, and it was genuinely good — warm, sweet, and perfectly layered. A great dessert to end the meal.

Overall, a nice stop for families or groups looking for a spacious, well-maintained dining spot with variety and charm.
