We come from NY to visit Swiss Chalet whenever we have a chance. The service is always amazing! It’s even better when we get our favorite waitress, Laura. She is friendly, super nice and provides wonderful service. I really miss having Swiss Chalet in NY but so glad it’s just a short drive away. The food speaks for itself…always a 5 star!

Great new renovations – but my goodness the floor was dirty! I get that they were busy, but the hostess didn’t seem to care about the mess of food and crumbs everywhere.
Our waitress was very friendly and the food was pretty good… at first. We noticed our vegetables weren’t fully cooked and asked the waitress if they could be remade. Instead of doing that, she asked us to scoop them onto a side plate so she could microwave them for us!
Not a total disappointment but also not the experience expected.

Food excellent always – our server Oslinda was one of the best servers we have ever had at a restaurant. We had table of 9 and came over many times to see if we needed anything. Looking forward to going to this location of Swiss Chalet again soon.

It was my first time at this location. I choose this place cause they accommodated me with a big seniors group and it was an excelent experience I would go back next time I am in NIAGARA . The service was excelent timing to place our plates in front of us amazing. I was definitely amazed with with all the service and the staff. It is 10 stars that they deserved.

Always a great time at this location! Mel and Oslidia were our servers today and they were fantastic as usual. Shout out also to Robin, Wayne and Jeanne. Never had a bad meal there. The friendliest restaurant we’ve ever been to!

My family and I enjoyed delicious meals today. I’ve always loved the ribs and coleslaw. Our server Mel was friendly and attentive. She was really great with our son. The kids menu offers a meal, side, dessert, and a special drink. He also got a sticky man and a stinky hand ️. I collected scene points today too! Yahoo! As well as 5 free kids meals with the purchase of an adult meal. Great food, atmosphere, and perks are just wow!

I went today with my neighbours. Everyone was incredibly welcoming. Osly who is so friendly and has such a fun personality very welcoming. And our server Mel just easy to talk to, very nice & also has a great memory she really contributes to the positive atmosphere. Wayne & Robyn are also wonderful and kind. On top of the great service the good was excellent. I had a chicken parm sandwich and it was delicious cooked well and good portion size.

We absolutely love coming to Swiss Chalet in Niagara Falls! After so many years of dining here, it truly feels like a second home. The food is always delicious and consistent, but what really makes this location special is the people.

Me and my mom go here once or twice a week. We love Swiss Chalet. Food is great. Prices are good and the service is great.Mel is usually our waitress and she’s so pleasant, friendly and attentive. And Wayne the manager is friendly and always checks in that our meal is satisfactory. I highly recommend eating at this Swiss chalet.
