Great atmosphere with friendly, quick service. Enjoyed a delicious quarter chicken dinner with 3rd rack ribs in BBQ sauce and crispy fries, followed by lemon meringue pie. A great place to stop when you’re on the road. Will be back!

The waitress for our group was lovely. The Robot for another group spilled a plate of fries. Then employee after employee after employee walked right over it for about 15 minutes. One of our guests got fed up with everyone walking over the mess until she went over and cleaned it up herself.

My parents, wife and I ate here last night. The food was great as it usually is. We’d orderd two Loaded Baked Potato soups, a Quarter Chicken Dinner and the Chalet Crunchy Chicken sandwich and were not disappoint.
The stand out at this location, though, is the service. We were served by Andrew, and it was fantastic service. Andrew was kind, friendly, funny, attentive and always had us smiling with every interaction. We haven’t ever been to this location before, but Andrew treated us like we’d been regulars for years. Nothing against the personal location at all. Service is good, atmosphere is clean and good, just Swiss Chalet food is awful. Everything tastes like sweaty feet. I gag just smelling Swiss Chalet. The most edible thing on their menu are their milkshakes, which you can find less expensive and better versions of at Burger King or Arby’s. Ever menu item at Swiss Chalet is good on paper, but upon ordering and being served it, it is all atrocious trash I wouldn’t even feed to seagulls who I hated.
Anytime I would ever consider Swiss Chalet for any reason, I go across the street to McDonald’s instead.

Not impressed when I ordered delivery at 8:15pm, was told 50 minutes delivery and then the delivery person marked it delivered at 8:53. When I called the store at 9:00 to inquire about the said delivery they told me she was on her way. My order arrived at 9:20pm. My food was cold, The garlic cheese Loaf was burnt and the slice of apple pie I paid $5.99 for was the smallest slice I’ve ever seen from a swiss chalet. Definitely not impressed at all.

I’d go back and hope for a different server. Ours was very forgetful and inattentive. She forgot the kids drinks, the appetizers amd brought the kids desserts before they were done their meals. At the end of the meal she dropped the debit machine but never came back to see if the payment had gone through. Seems like a huge risk for the business on her part.
Clean, newly renovated, the kitchen was quick getting the food out and kid friendly.
