Swiss Butter is a casual steakhouse that serves 3 mains: Beef filet or Ribeye, Chicken breast & Salmon filet smothered in our secret Swiss Butter sauce. All 3 mains are served with a mesclun salad, a freshly baked baguette, chili flakes and your choice of fries or a baked potato. We also serve a molten chocolate fondant and a pain perdu for dessert.

Food was delicious. Everything was suitable for a family dinner. Ordered all 3 mains with ribeye on medium-well. All orders were served at the same time.
Great atmosphere, even servers are great with hospitality. Warm welcome and send off. Great experience if you are looking for a bit of off-the-grid restaurant in Madinah.
A tip for the size of servings: 1 order of their main is enough for 2 people. However, drinks are a bit overpriced.

Worth the wait! Great portions and quality steak. We did have to wait 30-45min for a table but we were in madinah at a very busy time (dec 25). Also the lava cake is so good.

We were upsold the Tomahawk steak for 370 SAR and were told it would be enough to feed three people. I visited with my wife and daughter, but neither of them ended up eating, so I ended up eating the entire steak myself. We requested the steak to be cooked medium-well, but although the outside looked cooked, the inside was cold and almost raw, which suggests it may have been cooked from frozen. The meat was barely warm and not served at an appropriate temperature. To make matters worse, the service was depressing and unengaging, which only added to the overall disappointment. For the price, this experience fell well short of expectations in terms of food quality, service, and value.

this was my second time trying swiss butter after having a somewhat bad experience in dubai. in dubai the service wasn’t great and the chocolate cake dessert was cold and dry. here in madinah the service was 10x better as i was being attended to and asked if needed anything. the filet still tasted the same in both locations which was good. the molten lava cake here was 10x better. the cake was actually warm this time and enjoyable unlike the one in dubai.

The sauce somehow was a bit too salty for my taste. Raymond, however, did a great job explaining menu and ensuring the order accuracy. It was a perfect closing dinner for my year end Madinah trip.
