Swish Swish is a hot pot restaurant in Lynnwood right across from REI. Parking here is easy since it’s a good sized mall and getting here is just a minute walk from the parking lot. Inside they have probably 2 dozen tables. Their menu is a decent size but they did individual pots instead of shared here. You can do an “all you can eat” style but the whole table must do it or they won’t allow you to at all. Their quality of meats and seafood plus vegetables is pretty good, but some of the vegetables need to be trimmed/cut down because it was bigger than the small pots. Pricing for that is good if you plan on eating a lot. They also have a robot that delivers things and a little sauce bar. The staff were nice, although a few times it took more than 10 minutes to get them for more food and drinks. Overall it’s a decent hot pot shop that’s outside of Seattle.

Delicious broths and fresh ingredients! Beautiful atmosphere, when we came in a Saturday it was busy but it didn’t feel overcrowded or too loud in our booth. The service was great, staff repeatedly checked in on us and was attentive to my seafood allergy.

Swish at Alderwood Mall is such a fun and delicious experience! It’s like fondue but called a ‘hot pot’ type restaurant with flavorful broth, protein and fresh veggies—healthy, warming, and totally unique. The food is top-notch, the atmosphere is warm, and the service is super friendly. Great selection of beer and drinks, too. Definitely something new and different to try with friends!

Went for lunch and got the all-you-can-eat for $42.99 each, and we felt we got our money’s worth compared to a la carte! The meat was good, the vegetables were good, we loved the mushrooms, and Dalisa convinced us to have some of the dessert (fried buns with sweetened condensed milk for dipping) and we absolutely were stuff by the end! We were checked in on fairly often and had our broth topped twice without asking. Hard to say whether this place beats other hot pot options in Seattle and Bellevue, but it’ll be our go-to local option!

Swish Swish is a mix of Japanese and Chinese style hotpot place. It provides Japanese style light flavor broth and Chinese style self help dipping sauces.
The food is decent, similar to other hotpot places. It provides all you can eat at $42.99 or order by dish style. The ingredients choice is relatively smaller comparing with other hotpot restaurants around same price.
Environment is quite good. Less noisy than other hotpot places.
Service mixed. It’s great that they agreed to offer us the off menu combo items once we asked. On the other hand, one of the broth they gave us tastes like the wrong order.

We came here for my friend’s recommendation. First impression was nice and clean environment, however our experience here was very disappointing. The service was very slow. The servers barely came to check and see us when there was no other customer.
Very warm outside and this place wasn’t cool enough to dine in. We had to ask for a cup of ice water.
The broth was great. My husband and I ordered different broths but while we were still eating, a server offered to give more broth and added more broth to our soup. We could tell it was not the same broth. I don’t see what the point is to have a different broth when they don’t care what kind of broth you were having. Couldn’t finished our food because it was too hot to keep eating and be careful I found small bones in my mouth for a third time eating the meat ( we ordered wagyu only but server kind of push to us eat short ribs and that happens ) after we changed wagyu again but the meat didn’t look the same as first ones.
Not worth it to try spending over $100 for 2

The food is tasty and you gotta love the all you can eat option.
We have had the same few servers over and over, they’re very attentive. Especially Kim, Nia and Chad. Super friendly too.

We love hotpot! This was very delicious and all you can eat! All three servers were excellent and very hospitable! Plenty of servings to go around for all. Lots of choices and decent price for high quality food. We shall return!!!
