We enjoyed the facility and the weather was great, think we waited too long to get room, then a tour after to us was too much especially after traveling to get there. Our butler Although nice in person didnt come thru. Order 1 bottle of Bacardi and took 2 days to come. So asked for chips lays or whatever got 2 qtr bags. No snacks ever came as I requested, but he showed up 10 minutes before us to grab or covid results looking for a tip. We would go.back as the faci6was nice but more of a 3.9 star vs 5 star for lack of service promised.
