I’m really disappointed with my recent door dash order from Swensons. I ordered a cheeseburger with onion, ketchup, mayonnaise, and cheese — pretty simple. Instead, I was given a burger with only mustard and ketchup. I don’t like mustard, and it was the only flavor I could taste. On top of that, the bun wasn’t even toasted, which just made the whole thing soggy and unappealing.
For a place that usually pays attention to the details, this was really frustrating. Definitely not the experience I expected.

Classic curbside service. All of the servers here are amicable and they do an excellent job. They all deserve fat tips. The food is good. The concept of pulling up, having a server come to your car is cool, but I belive the concept is somewhat dated. It always seems like the person parked in the next lane is gawking at you. LOL. That may sound somewhat paranoid, but I’ve noticed it too many times for it to be a coincidence. Other than the few old folks who ruining my eating enjoyment, this place is worth it.

I’ve always loved Swensons but tonight the gm made me cry. (A good cry) He was so kind as I pulled out my ebt card for a free kids meal. I have my grandkids often and this has been rough. My sister has foster kids as well. Nobody has ever wanted to be in this situation and I find it embarrassing to use it. The negativity and hatred online has taken its toll on me. The world has become a very ugly place. Tonight the general manager restored my faith in humanity with his kind words. He told me that he is not okay with the decisions about snap and he hopes I spread the word so he can feed many more.

The best burger! I don’t say that lightly. My husband is from Ohio and took me here on my first time visiting. It’s now one of our favorite traditions. It’s an old school drive in restaurant with a very cool vibe. The service is friendly and the food comes out fresh with a perfect order every time. The Galley boy and Salad boy are my favorite. The potato teezers are life changing. Whoever came up with them deserves an award. The milkshakes are fresh and so yummy! The blueberry is my favorite. They also have unique sodas and tasty onion rings. I seriously love this place. Swensons forever.

We began our 2020 search for Ohio’s Best Burger and made our first stop at non other than Swensons. It’s legend around here for its burgers. Even LeBron took Bill Hader and Amy Schumer here to promote his movie!
The presentation wasn’t the best, but it’s a burger, what can you really expect? We got the triple cheeseburg and the salad boy. Amazing and delicious. The size was a little smaller, but in terms of cost vs quality you absolutely can’t go wrong with Swensons. Service was great, too. Overall a fantastic first stop on our burger journey and recommend to anyone looking for a quick burger bite in the Northeast Ohio area.

Swensons burgers might be my all-time favorite—especially the Galley Boy! While eating in the car can be a little tricky, the food is more than worth it. Their milkshakes are the perfect match for the burgers, and the potato teasers are absolutely delicious.
