The Galley Boy is absolutely the best burger, hands down! I’m from Virginia but have been to Ohio twice in the past year and thankfully, my Navy brother introduced me to this place. They’re not lying about it being voted the best burger in the country! Get a shake, some fries, and some mozz wedges alongside that burger then settle in for hibernation!

This swensons is always 10/10. They have delicious burgers, chicken sandwiches, crispy sides, and wonderful milkshakes. Which you can combine flavors too. Service is also great no matter the time of day. Prices are fair. Something for the whole family.

Food always hits. The taste and enjoyment is above average. Far better than five guys, in n out, shake shack etc. However, ever since they commercialized and “went big” in recent years their food quality across the board has taken a toll. Not how it used to be… If you want to try out an amazing burger, give Dillys on the east side of town a try!

Unfortunately this location has gone downhill. Have had several orders that are just bad in a row, the last one was for 3 burgers, chicken sandwich and fries. The burgers were ice cold and the fries were completely raw. Not cooked and stuck to the paper. Chicken sandwich was good, but the issues are not worth wasting money to see if you get decent food anymore. Wouldn’t bother submitting the contact form they request on all bad reviews, did that and no one ever responded. Like other reviews just bad service/food anymore here.

I am not slamming the entire Swensons brand but this Hawkins location is the absolute worst. They missed an order of fries, an entire burger and one of the bags of food looked like someone sat on it. I make pancakes that are thicker than the burgers from that part of the order. I have eaten at the one in N Canton and it is excellent. Ordered from there several times. Hawkins is another story, a bad one. It’s been this bad for years I only went today to pick up an order my wife placed. She won’t be ordering again any time soon.

Like the drive in experience to give your order and get it delivered to the car to eat. Place was very busy and parking lot was full. Spicy chicken burger was ok, not much spice. Potato side was good. Veggie sandwich was bread with lettuce, onion, pickles and tomatoes with sauce. Don’t go for vegetarian food.

Super delicious what else can I say? The galley boys are bomb diggity-doo and triple yum. The shakes are amazing, the breaded mushrooms so good, the fries I love everything there! Perfect place to cruise in and grab a bite!

This is a one star review, it won’t let me change it. Ordered delivery through their website and the food arrived over 1/2 hour late, ice cold. Called the delivery service and told me the restaurant has to give me a refund and the store told me I’d have to speak with the district manager to get a refund. They are making it intentionally hard. If you’re disabled and rely on delivery like I do, stay far away from this place and Door Dash.

A drive-in where you wait in your car for the servers to come out. The burgers were good, but a little pricey for what it was, just a classic fast food burger. The sides were great! I order the potato teezers which were like tots with cheese. The zucchini fries were also amazing. The shake was pretty good too. Definitely a good experience.
