Heard good things from a colleague about this place so we wanted to give it a try. My husband’s Mandarin chicken was OK but my combination plate (I forgot the name but it’s the one that had chicken, beef, and shrimp) was bland, just salty and have no other flavors at all. The food came out lukewarm but portions were generous though. We will not recommend this place as a good Chinese restaurant.

Excellent food! Wide variety of Chinese dishes. All freshly prepared, huge portions of food. Service is fast and friendly. Katie is so kind and friendly! Favorite dishes are Sesame chicken, Cashew Chicken and fried rice.

Friendly service and the food was very good! The restaurant is pretty clean except the bathrooms need a little TLC. The Hot & Sour Soup, Fried Pot Stickers, and General Tso’s Chicken (unique sauce compared to other restaurants) were all very delicious!

I ordered lunch special mandolin combination which is 3 meats with vegetables and brown sauce, fried rice, hot & sour soup & egg roll. I am telling you it was absolutely delicious!!! My husband ordered Shrimp and vegetables, brown sauce, spicy. Big shrimp and very good. Waitress is exceptional.

I ordered hot & sour soup with chips and NO chips were included. I called back for them to tell me I would be charged .55. I did not return bc I clearly told the waiter I wanted chips. However, to drive back 10 miles to pay more is ridiculous. Do better!

Swen is a local legend when it comes to Chinese, I grew up with it and into adulthood still go there for lunch and dinner. The food I’d say is 80% a hit, 20% a miss. But when it’s good, man, is it good! ALWAYS spring for the hot and sour soup, it’s their signature item.

Been going to this place for years. Usually a hit or miss restaurant when it comes to service. Ordered combination lo mein tonight and half of the container was empty. Pointed this out to the workers and they acted like nothing was wrong. I’ve ordered this dish for years and the container is usually full. Also came here the night before and didn’t receive egg rolls that I ordered.The workers don’t care about good service. It is unfortunate to say I won’t be going back for a while. Don’t waste your hard earned money here.
