Probably some of the best wings I’ve ever had, they were crispy, spicy but not super spicy and just delicious with the seasoned fries. The fish and chips also blew me away with the fresh crispiness of the batter and the Cod was cooked to perfection. Went back here a second day in a row and looked forward to it all day. Went had Alana serving us on both days and she was brilliant. If you’re in detroit come here and get wings!

Wings are quite dry and don’t taste fresh- especially the drums. They’re also jumbo which is advertised as a good thing but really means they’re bland inside. They were also out of celery and carrots? Maybe it was great at one point but overall, just not worth the money today. Definitely not award winning quality lol. Experience from a workday lunch meal.

Very upbeat place with great service. Stopped in for just a drink (had just come from dinner) and the bartender “forced us” to try the signature wings – WOW – a perfectly cooked with a sweet/spicy sauce (and not greasy). Will be back for the wings for sure AND I loved the fancy rocks glass for my whiskey.

Location downtown, close to the Hollywood Casino. Locally owned. Great bar food. Family friendly in back. Wings, breaded tenders. Drinks a Staple in Detroit. It’s good. I understand from locals it used to be even better. I hope they get back to that time. I was happy with Service and Food.

If you’re coming here, especially on a Saturday night, be warned it’s going to be almost an hour wait along with trying to find a parking spot just to pick up the food. Overall, the ribs and wings were amazing, probably the best, but the only problem I had was I ordered a baked potato but instead of it being a baked potato it’s just a hard potato that’s been boiled for 2 minutes.

Great food and generous portions. Everything on the menu was by far much better than any bar food I would usually get. The Big Pig sandwich was amazing. Not too many beer options, but the menu is great.

I wanna give them a better rating, but unfortunately I simply can’t. It may have been an off night, but our waitress seemed to want to get rid of us the moment we sat down. Service was slow and infrequent. My partner got their specialty burger that was supposed to be served with a sauce but it wasn’t on it. We tried to just eat the fries while we waited for our server to return so we could request the sauce. After eating all of our delicious seasoned fries (they tasted like funyons were dusted over them? Idk but it’s true) we requested the sauce and was brought back buffalo sauce. She insisted this is the sauce we requested (though after breaking it down she knew what we wanted and retrieved it ) and after waiting long enough the burger was merely warm, the sauce was unpleasant. I will say though the potato skins were absolutely incredible.

This place has taken a turn for the worst. It used to be fantastic food with great service and staff in a historic building. I’m not sure what happened but my most recent visit was poor. The food is extremely mid and that includes the famous wings. The Mac and cheese is terrible don’t bother and the fries are also average and nothing special. The staff is pretty cold and hardly ever checks on your table. I had to ask for a staff member a couple of times to get a menu and drinks. The building is rundown at this point. It is dirty and grimy. I hate saying this because my experience prior to this was superb. I probably won’t go back, there are much better restaurants to try in Detroit.

Wings, fantastic! Pulled pork, so yummy. Fish and chips, best ever. Great fries, onion rings, mac & cheese. Beer, wine, Detroit Peach, no skimping there, what a drink! The STAFF…..OMG…..the friendliest bunch ever. They were there, they were not over attentive, got us whatever we needed, they were perfect. This was not only our server, Nautica, but all the staff, kitchen and bus, we talked with them several times, complimented the fabulous smells, great tastes…..oooo…. the Cajun steak bites & pita to start, yum yum yum. Gosh, the people make the place, they were just so sweet
