This is one of our favorite places to eat. The menu has a great selection of delicious, yet healthy plates to choose from. The salads are so fresh and tasty, the salmon along with the Louisiana Pasta dishes are probably our favorite and let’s not forget about the Aussie rolls with sweet butter. Service and management are so attentive to everyone as well.

The food is good. My wife and I really enjoyed our main dishes. However, it lost stars based on the following. Our service was very slow. The table next to us arrived after us and was finished eating before we even got our food. We had to ask about our order two times. They also replace my vegetable with asparagus without asking (I don’t like asparagus). Also, for a cowboy themed restaurant they do not have a large steak offering. They have steak, just not a large selection of types of cuts.

The atmosphere here was really cool. A friend of mine wanted to meet here to catch-up and it was pretty cool themed. The server was nice and attentive. The food was okay – there was nothing to write home about. I was told the burgers were better than Red Robin but sadly they were not. They weren’t bad but I wouldn’t get one again if I return. Pricing was also a little expensive for the quality of the burger, in my opinion, but the area is expensive so it makes sense.

Although I probably go to this sweet water more often then the ones in the area. I’d say the service is often hit or miss. I either get a great server or I get the one who’s on their last table. Managers are nice. The food quality is as you expect to a great American restaurant. The steak is amazing and the salmon which amazing is what I tend to order other than the bread basket.

My experience was great as always that’s why I love going to Sweetwater. I didn’t have to wait long for anything it was a wonderful atmosphere and the staff was kind. Service was excellent I didn’t have to look for my waiters they were always there if I needed anything even before I needed anything. The food is delicious as always i was just very impressed with the customer service that’s most likely the best customer service I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. I left two restaurants before going to Sweetwater because of customer service so in the end I recommend coming here.

I can review this restaurant in three words. Consistent Excellence Delivered! The Great American restaurants have a winning solution. Everything from the decor, to the food, to the service to the cleanliness is executed perfectly. If you run a restaurant within 30 miles of any of these locations, you need to come and see how things are done! Also, I really dig the western themes at this location!

Loved this restaurant. The food was great and the service too. Andra was our server and she was really nice. We started with the firecracker shrimps. Then we shared the Jambalaya pasta and the roasted chicken. Flavors were delicious, specially the mashed potatoes and gravy that comes with the chicken. I love sauces and this gravy was amazing. We finished with the bread pudding and it was by far the best plate of the night. It’s warm with vanilla icecream, so delicious. Thankyouu for the great food and service. Would come back

Ordered food to go, got a salad and BBQ burger, paid extra for bacon. Looked like whoever made the food was having a bad day because the burger was absolute garbage. No BBQ sauce, no bacon, just some slapped on cheese. Reached out to the restaurant and never got a response, used to come here somewhat regularly but pretty disappointed in this last experience, won’t be coming back.
