Sweetwater Chophouse is located on Eagle Rock Golf Club. Open to the public 7 days a week. This is the spot for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, company parties or if you are just in the mood to come out to enjoy a mouth-watering meal and amazing signature drinks. The focus for Executive Chef Aaron Weible is to maintain a scratch kitchen. Preparing everything daily from sauces to breads. Utilizing local area farmers for fresh vegetables and using our on-site herb garden. We take great pride in providing each of our guests a WOWing experience.

The service was so awesome!! Our server, Gabby, was so wonderful and so professional! She took care of us in a way that made us feel as though we were her only customers and yet, she had several customers! The manager, Kass, was so fantastic! It was my grandson’s 13th birthday dinner and she covered his dessert! The food was the best restaurant food I have ever had in my life!! The dessert I had tasted like a bite of heaven with angels in it!! I would recommend Sweetwater Chophouse to anyone and everyone!! It is expensive but it is worth every single penny!!

Wife and I finally had a night out by ourselves and chose to eat here. We had a little bit of a wait but it was prime time and I believe prom was going on so I’m sure that played into it. We didn’t mind we walked next door and grabbed a couple beers while we waited and sat outside. We ordered the Crab & Artichoke Dip for an appetizer which was very good! I would recommend.And we both got Caesar Salads which were also good. For the main course i ordered the Ribeye with asparagus. Steak was cooked perfectly and had lots of flavor! And of course we had to get dessert. We got the chocolate peanut butter cheesecake! Wouldn’t skip that!! Every one in there was friendly, our waitress Patty was always on top of things and came by to check on us enough times! I would definitely suggest going to grabbing some food!

This place is definitely one of the best restaurants in the Midwest. During our dining experience We decided to order their seafood entrees and the salad bar. The salad bar was so amazing that we ended up taking the majority of our food home that we ordered from the menu. I travel all across the nation, and by far this is the most amazing restaurant that I visited in the Midwest. Everyone should definitely try this place at least once in their lifetime. The service was excellent. Everyone was very professional and pleasant from the time we walked into the door until we left the building. We are looking forward to visiting Sweetwater chophouse at least once a month. It’s worth traveling the distance and entering to the state of Ohio. Outstanding experience!

Service was very good. The place was nice and clean. Food was good but I ordered a porterhouse they came back and told me they ran out i was fine with that. Undecided about what I wanted 2 waitresses told me the bone in ribeye was better. Anyways. I ordered it and it was so tough even my husband said it was like leather. They took 25% off my husbands steak i think they should have taken the bone in ribye off and I had 1 bite of it and my husband did to to see if it was just me. My husband wants to go back and try what u wanted originally but i If we go back I will stick to the soup and salad bar it was good. For $64 and my husband said we will take it home and give it to the dog since they would not credit us for it i have no interest in waisting money on another steak here……

Atmosphere & service fantastic. Their baked potatoes were huge! Was just disappointed my filet came out rare when I requested medium well. Shame on me for not returning it. If it weren’t forthat everything else was great.

Great atmosphere and service, wish I could say the same for the food. $50 steak came shriveled with a big piece of fat, the mashed potatoes were cold, my crab cakes hardly had any remoulade, I had to ask for more. We told the waitress of the disappointment, her reply I will let the kitchen staff know. She never offered to take a discount off our $120 meal to make things right. I mind don’t spending that much money but I expect a quality meal in return. I am really disappointed, Sweetwater had been one my favorite places to eat.

I loved the food and ambience. My favorites were the Lobster-Crab Bisque and the Fried Blueberry Cheesecake for dessert–to die for. We were seated next to the window with a view. I love the embossed panels in the ceiling and chandeliers. Even the ladies room was exquisite.
