I just found my new favorite lunch place! Had to stop half way through my meal to write this review. I ordered the half size salad and half size sandwich. The Cobb salad had great portions and tasted fresh. It came with plenty of dressing. I believe it is Balsamic Vinaigrette, which I’ve never had before, and only needed to use half of it. YUM. For my sandhwich I ordered the Club Panini. WOW. So freaking good. I don’t eat out or order in for lunch very often but I will now! Can’t wait to try more from the Sweetwater menu.

Horrible service, horrible employees, horrible atmosphere. The employees here are beyond rude and always give attitude to their customers. I’ve even heard employees talk badly in FRONT of customers while ordering. The employees here never seem to care about their attitude and they always act overly dramatic whenever a customer orders. Do not come here, this ia a horrible atmosphere to be in and have horrible customer service!!!

Absolutely RUDE employees here and horrible customer service!!! Anytime I go here the employees are INCREDIBLY judgmental, they always have attitude and look immensely annoyed whenever you come to order. I’ve only noticed they’re nice to their preferred regulars or people they know. Unfortunately, I know I’m not the only person that’s had horrible customer service here and many others agree that the employees here are absolutely rude. They don’t even try to hide their attitude!!!

Anytime I go here which is every other day they always are upper rude here and have no customer service. And I say this being someone who works at a coffee shop, no matter how tired you are or how busy you should always be respectful to your customers.

I had an online order and it said it was ready but when I went up to grab my food the order was not there. So then I asked the cashier where my order was and then the lady in the back said and I really sassy attitude “go grab your Red Bull and here’s that muffin “ and the way she said it was really rude and sassy

I ordered a Flat White coffee for $5.90 and it tasted like a pumpkin spice, so I went back to let them know that it wasn’t what I ordered, but they said that they put cinnamon in it…why? I’ve never had a flat white coffee with cinnamon in it, and I told them that I didn’t like it, and they just said sorry… instead of giving me a different coffee…if I would have offered it to my mom, she would have had a severe allergic reaction, so I guess just thank goodness that I’m not allergic to cinnamon.
And the trash can next to their door was overflowing, there were 2 girls working and only 2 customers in the dining area…and both employees were eating, one of them had to finish chewing before she could talk to me.

Great place for lunch in Downtown Sioux City. I often forget it’s there, but have loved the food when I’ve gone (Candied- Pecan salad with chicken is AWESOME). Also- GREAT customer service. I ordered to go for a coworker the other day, and the cup of soup was missing- They brought the soup to me at my office!!!! That’s how you keep the customer. Keep up the great work!

Came about 1:00 for late lunch. They were closing at 2:00. Was told some types of coffe werent available, and only cold sandwiches(no paninis). Had seen on google that they had paninis, was thinking I might get one. But no, seems like they wanted to shut things down and get the hell out of there.

Great place for breakfast or lunch with fabulous staff. Their lunches are great and well-priced with good variety. I recommend the Chicken Bacon Avocado Panini, Thai Salad, Cobb Salad, and the Wicked Thai Soup. For breakfast, try the everything bagel with egg and sauasage. Yum! The whole menu is worth trying and they also have vegetarian options to serve everyone’s needs.
