This shop is about 20 minutes south of Portland. We had read about this place and were excited to visit. We were definitely not disappointed. Not only was the decor lovely and nicely done, the all gluten free food was delicious. There were so many choices and it was hard to choose what to try. The smores cookie was absolutely a treat and so amazing! We also had the cinnamon roll and the beignets. We can’t recommend this place enough for delicious gluten free baked goods!

We stopped in while traveling to the area from NC. my husband has a pretty severe gluten intolerance and has been missing the pastries and bready delights he’s always enjoyed as a treat. We bought nearly one of everything and I must say, WOW WOW. I still enjoy regular cinnamon rolls and cupcakes but only when I’m out and not with my poor hubby. The peanut butter cupcake was SO GOOD. if someone handed me that cupcake and told me it was GF I’d call them a liar.

We stopped by Sweets and Co Cafe in downtown Saco for the first time today, and we were blown away! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so warm and welcome—it’s clear they truly care about their customers.
As a gluten-free bakery, they absolutely deliver on flavor! Everything we tried was packed with taste, proving that gluten-free doesn’t mean compromising on quality. My son was especially thrilled to see they offered boba—that little detail completely made his day.
We’re so glad to have found this gem right on Main Street. Amazing customer service, delicious gluten-free treats, and a friendly vibe—what more could you ask for? We’ll definitely be back!

Favorite dedicated GF bakery. We have purchased the bread and bagels (sourdough) and many of the baked goods. All were and are amazing. So many choices. The egg sandwich on focaccia bread is truly amazing and a meal alone.
Love that in my last stop I noticed this sign which I will share. Speaks to the beauty of the employees and the place. Was truly impressed with every bite and each and every take away, and we have been back many times because of it.

Hands down, best hand made and gluten free baked goods we have found. So good that a gluten insensitive person like myself loves your offerings. High quality and superb.

This place is amazing and exactly what Maine needs more of! We were so excited that a gluten free cafe opened up so we made the drive 20 minutes from Scarborough and will definitely be coming back. I came here with my Mom and younger sister who has celiac disease and everything was delicious. The italian sandwich had so much flavor and was one of the best sandwiches i’ve had. We also tried the avocado, the sausage egg and cheese, and the star of the show which was the cinnamon bites. The homemade gluten free focaccia was not dry at all like most gluten free breads. It was fluffy, moist, crispy, and light in all the right places! We also tried the white chocolate and caramel lattes with oatmilk which was very good as well and came in a fun boba cup. The place was very cute, and when we arrived it was busy. The line moved fast, tables opened up quickly, and the customer service was very friendly.
