I ordered through Uber eats and my order is completely wrong, I know, for a fact, you guys have notes and the exact ingredients for every bowl. Because I’ve worked there since my family owns a small portion. How are you guys mess up a simple guacamole greens; It’s on the original menu with the ingredients. There’s no cheese in this, Why put cheese in this? It’s not funny and it’s not cute, I paid $60 for a salad and two drink drinks.

I went over here for my break around 5:30 since I needed something quick. When I got here it wasn’t busy besides a few people in line. However, the staff at checkout kept talking to a group of people for over 10 minutes. I was told that someone will be right there for me to take my order. But I was waiting for over 10 minutes to even be seen. But the cashier and everyone at the FOH was just talking to that same group of people. Rather than to do their jobs. I was finally seen and one of the workers rolled their eyes when they took my order. I wasn’t treated with respect or with any sort of apology about the wait. It seemed I just ruined their yap session just for ordering. The worker just put my food with no care whatsoever. And even forgot to put a to go bag for my order since I couldn’t enjoy my meal on time. When I finally had another break to go eat. I was extremely upset that the quality of food was absolutely awful!! I ordered a hummus mezze which is a kids meal and I wouldn’t serve this to an adult let alone a child.. The chips were crushed and I was missing an additional ingredient. I love Sweetgreen and this was my first time at this location. But I honestly wouldn’t go back to this location unless a manager owes me an apology for the awful service I had.

I really wanted to order online but I walked in to get an idea of the place and options. I went with the crispy rice bowl & I was so satisfied! I thought it was basic bowl, but the flavors was amazing! I wish I got the employees name, he was very helpful and made sure I was ok with every ingredient the bowl came with and options to add. Like Arugula, kale, cilantro, carrots, cucumbers, crunchy rice crisps, wild rice, almonds, blackened chicken, lime juice and spicy cashew dressing & lots of love with a good mix. I made sure I told everyone it’s a must try, good location, worth $18 including a mineral water.

Sweetgreen is amazing and their food is always delicious. However this location in particular is very disorganized and slow. On several occasions, I’ve seen them put printed receipts in the food while they’re making your bowl, so your food makes direct contact with the receipt and ink. This doesn’t seem food safe to me and really deterred me from wanting to eat here. It always seems a mess, takes forever to get my order, and they charge me differently every time. I hope this location can improve because I love sweetgreen.

I’ve ordered delivery 5 times at this location. I add extra ingredients and every single time. They decide the package the sauce inside the bowl and packs the meat, avocado, cheese, almost everything besides lettuce on top of the sauces. It’s a hunting game everytime to find the sauces.
